For women: 1. Eliminate use of fake nails, fake eyelashes, fake hair, and fake lips. And keep makeup use light 2. Take care of your body. Don’t overeat and exercise at least a couple times a week if you don’t have an active lifestyle 3. Talk normally. Don’t talk in a high pitched/ squeaky voice to try and sound cute, stop using “literally” and “like” all the time, and don’t talk in a sassy/bossy tone 4. Limit social media use and stop posting thirst trap pictures on them for attention 5. Have some sort of passion or hobby that doesn’t include screen time. 6. Show you have interest in a guy by holding eye contact, smiling, or flirting to signal that you want him to ask you out. A woman doesn’t need much “game,” but many avoid these things and simply hope a man will just approach without any signal that you’re interested 7. Be caring, nurturing, kind and have some sort of ability in a woman’s traditional role. It’s not that men want a woman to be his mother; he wants a woman with motherly qualities for future children.
This is equally useful. Youre right women don't have to do anythnig to get guys but there are certain 'types' and 'quality' of women that some men distinguish and yeh, good comments. Also add please don't be misandrist. So many women are nowadays and its really offputting.

Once that is taken care of then expose yourself to people. Get out of the house, get around, talk to people. Don't worry about being awkward because that is what you will focus on, turning it into a self-fulfilling prophecy. You can make mistakes, and take Courtney's advice and learn to laugh at yourself. It is liberating. If you are not comfortable physically going to places then you can start online. Find chatrooms, forums, anything about the topic of interest, and get into the conversation. Just remeber: Be Nice! No one respects an asshole so don't be one. Even if someone else is like that towards you, you don't have to be. People don't like to be put down so find ways to approach things from a positive perspective. Definitely work in the personal appearance if you haven't already. Look and smell well put together - All. The. Time. Put on well fitting clothes, be well groomed, and god damn it if you can put on a well fitting decent quality suit. People WILL treat you differently in a positive way if you just look sharp and well put together. Then for the super hack? Hit the gym. Work on your fitness even if it's at home. Slim down, and bulk up your upper body. Just doing those few things will attract people towards you in a positive way, because you will just radiate that confidence and sense of fulfillment that people just can't resist not being attracted to.

If someone shows some form of resistance to your behaviour, that does not automatically translate to "you did something wrong". Their views and evaluation might also be wrong. For example, they could be dysfunctional, overly critical or perfectionistic, traumatized, or just prefer something different. Guys, we need to stop jumping from "this person is showing resistance to my behaviour" to "i'm bad". Love yourself first and start by being suspicious of the person giving negative feedback. This will lead to a much healthier and more confident mindset.
I'm one of those guys who doesn't care whether girls find them attractive or not! I believe we are born to live our lives in accordance with what we want to do and achieve, and not to be concerning ourselves whether other people find us attractive or not.

As a man, one of the most attractive things any one can do is having a strong sense of individuality. Truly being yourself as a person, rather than going along with the crowd as a people pleaser, shows other people that you are genuine. You are who, and what, you say you are. Sadly education and social media promote so much of a sense of collectivism, which shames individuality. Just be yourself, and be proud of who, and what, you are as an individual person. Always be the best version of yourself though. People love strength through individual conviction.

Being passive is an important life skill when it comes to things that don't matter to you and saves energy for being active on things that are important. It's not possible to exclude all things that don't matter from your life, so some passiveness is actually vital to navigate modern life without losing focus of the bigger picture. Laziness is not good, but relaxation is. Relaxed, controlled energy is the most productive one.
I'm a passive guy and get plenty of attention from women. I am assertive, but the problem is: no one responds to assertiveness. People don't even notice assertiveness, but they do respond to aggression. If a woman wants an aggressive guy, that's her issue, not mine.

Since I stepped away from any forms of dating or relationships around 7 years ago (and approaching 46 soon), I really don’t care what is unattractive to women anymore.
Negativity is a huge one for me. Both for myself and those I hang around. If you have time for negativity you have time to windup and knock whatever it is out of the park. It'll likely be less exhausting than being negative anyway.
For me I think being funny is the hardest thing. It middles with personality and how I am raised to be. It also contradicts "be yourself, show your authentic self", because if the authentic self is not a funny self you cant do both. I guess there is talent and there is effort. It's hard to have it all together.
Anything can be made funny. Just lighten up and don't take things so seriously and let go, I am not super attractive by any means, but my ability to make women laugh without even trying makes them gravitate towards me. I do get lack of sleep during working week, most of time i stay up till 1am -1.30am watching tv series, sometime play my video games, but sometime I get tired at work but I wont let my negative moodiness take over, it wont work on me.... i just stay positive with good attitude and stay calm. it not that hard. Stop looking like a slob! 3 Lose that pissy attitude. NO ONE will want to be around you! 4 Stop being lazy. Set goals, make a plan, and take the actions needed to accomplish those goals. Create the life YOU wish to live. 4.1 Stop dressing like you are going out to mow the lawn. Put effort in your appearance EVERY time you leave the house. 5 Take care of your heath. Get good sleep, hit the gym, be active. 6 Body language. Carry yourself well. Look people in the eye when you speak to them. If you wear sunglasses, take them off when you first talk to someone to show them you are open to them and show them your confidence. 7 Learn to laugh at yourself and make others laugh with good humor. Last but not least: BE FEARLESS!

I think men should start prioritizing health more than what is traditionally taught. Like don't be afraid to go to the doctor or hold in health concerns. I always recommend to any guy to get a check up once a year with a physician.

When it comes to oral hygiene, obviously adequate brushing and flossing is important (at least 2 minutes of brushing with a soft brush and soft touch and removing all plaque, flossing down to the gum without pressing too hard). However, something that a lot of people skimp on or do not know to do that really helps with halitosis (bad breath) is cleaning of the tongue. This means taking 30 seconds to brush and rinse your tongue and removing all food particles, coffee stains, etc. Do this gently for at least 15-30 seconds and until all you see is the fleshy pink color of your tongue. Also, stay adequately hydrated throughout the day. This helps keep your mouth naturally clean.
I have two things women do that make them less attractive to me. Firstly when i'm out and about in everyday life i see women and even though i have no interest in the majority when they see me and i look at them they TURN THEIR NOSES UP as if to say DON'T BOTHER LOOKING AT ME BECAUSE I'M WAY ABOVE YOU. Tiege Hanley will not slow down your skin aging, no lotion or cream can do that. It can just make your skin look somewhat more moisturized for a short while, thus wrinkles are temporarily a little less visible. Many low priced face creams from the drugstore do the job just as well. If you want to reduce skin aging a bit make sure you get enough sleep, use sun lotion and pay attention to healthy nutrition.
Now we need the reverse. What makes women unattractive to men. Women with no self respect, carving up their bodies with tattoos and piercings, obesity, weird unnatural hair colors, and lack of hygiene. I do have sense of humour but the problem is that, I cannot make someone laugh when I want it. it happens on it's own. it has it's own consciousness. let's say if my girl is sad and crying, I can't make her laugh to divert her mood. it just doesn't come to me naturally.
Hygiene is my biggest thing for women. I've learned that if women have bad teeth, it definitely reflects on their overall health. If their teeth are bad, they don't wash properly. Being clean and smelling good is huge for both sides in a relationship.
Physically I wish women would avoid finger nails longer than french tips. It's not sexy, it's creepy. Also when they shave off their eyebrows....Very unattractive. As far as personality goes I value a women with goals and a sense of calmness/confidence in her voice because women I've known with anxiety in their voice tends to lead to more problems later. A young girl who hasn't lived on her own for awhile will never appreciate the struggle of what it's like to feel the fear of wondering how they will eat later. So any women who has never experienced a few solo trials is completely off limits if Im looking for a long term relationship. I have a friend who married a 19yr old when he was 25. That marriage didn't last. Later he married a 26yr old who was still living at home when he was 34. That marriage also fell apart because the girl didn't know how good she had it in her relationship. She was always complaining about things that didn't matter. A woman who is open to communicating directly about conflicts without letting it turn into resentment is important.
Males have dumped males including their old and year-long friends to be around females. Simping is all time high. I have personally lost many male friends who are now after girls after girls or into complete relationship with a girl and have forgotten or disregarded or abandoned their male friends.
For men: I'd say it's a fine line between self-deprecating humor and lack of confidence. If your whole humor and a big chunk of your personality revolve around putting yourself down, that's not attractive. For women: Never initiating. Like ever. Men can take the lead. Men can initiate. However, if it's 100% of the time then I find that so unattractive. It's always Monday Morning Quarterbacking and never taking risks. Women want men who take risks for them. That didn't mean people smelled bad either. Smelling natural with pheromones flowing freely is different from not rinsing at all and being covered in odour-causing bacteria. People these days don't seem to know there's a difference. If you wouldn't drink it, why put it on your skin? It still gets absorbed into the body. The skin is the body's largest organ. I'll add something to the topic of personal hygiene. Trim your nails! That includes your toenails, too. Women notice hands, and so many have told me that long or unkempt nails are one of their biggest turnoffs. While we're on the subject, women, please, ditch the inches-long acrylic claws. A good manicure and pedicure with classic reds, pinks, or pastels is all you need to win most of us over.
Just had this conversation with a buddy of mine the other day. I mentioned that cursing too much or unnecessarily is extremely unattractive to others. It makes you sound like you are unable to convey your position without cursing. Replace curse words with meaningful and respectable words or phrases, that will help you in other areas as well.

Don't worry about being awkward because that is what you will focus on, turning it into a self-fulfilling prophecy. You can make mistakes, and take Courtney's advice and learn to laugh at yourself. It is liberating.
If you are not comfortable physically going to places then you can start online. Find chatrooms, forums, anything about the topic of interest, and get into the conversation. Just remeber: Be Nice! No one respects an asshole so don't be one. Even if someone else is like that towards you, you don't have to be. People don't like to be put down so find ways to approach things from a positive perspective.

Definitely work in the personal appearance if you haven't already. Look and smell well put together - All. The. Time. Put on well fitting clothes, be well groomed, and god damn it if you can put on a well fitting decent quality suit. People WILL treat you differently in a positive way if you just look sharp and well put together. Then for the super hack? Hit the gym. Work on your fitness even if it's at home. Slim down, and bulk up your upper body. Just doing those few things will attract people towards you in a positive way, because you will just radiate that confidence and sense of fulfillment that people just can't resist not being attracted to.

Being passive is an important life skill when it comes to things that don't matter to you and saves energy for being active on things that are important. It's not possible to exclude all things that don't matter from your life, so some passiveness is actually vital to navigate modern life without losing focus of the bigger picture.
Laziness is not good, but relaxation is. Relaxed, controlled energy is the most productive one.
I'm a passive guy and get plenty of attention from women. I am assertive, but the problem is: no one responds to assertiveness. People don't even notice assertiveness, but they do respond to aggression. If a woman wants an aggressive guy, that's her issue, not mine.
I agree. I think a better way to phrase it from Courtney would have been you have to show passion, about somethings, sometimes. Negativity is a huge one for me. Both for myself and those I hang around. If you have time for negativity you have time to windup and knock whatever it is out of the park. It'll likely be less exhausting than being negative anyway.
For me I think being funny is the hardest thing. It middles with personality and how I am raised to be. It also contradicts "be yourself, show your authentic self", because if the authentic self is not a funny self you cant do both. I guess there is talent and there is effort. It's hard to have it all together.
Anything can be made funny. Just lighten up and don't take things so seriously and let go, I am not super attractive by any means, but my ability to make women laugh without even trying makes them gravitate towards me. Don't be afraid to make fun of your with light humor. But never make fun of others to the woman you like. Make up a funny story to a woman and eventually tell her you were joking!

I think men should start prioritizing health more than what is traditionally taught. Like don't be afraid to go to the doctor or hold in health concerns. I always recommend to any guy to get a check up once a year with a physician.
F that - doctors are EXPENSIVE. I only go when I'm unable to self-diagnose and treat my condition myself. The internet is extremely helpful with that.
I DO want to get a device for checking my own blood pressure, though and maybe checking my own prostate, since they could alert me to problems that aren't yet causing symptoms.

When it comes to oral hygiene, obviously adequate brushing and flossing is important (at least 2 minutes of brushing with a soft brush and soft touch and removing all plaque, flossing down to the gum without pressing too hard).
However, something that a lot of people skimp on or do not know to do that really helps with halitosis (bad breath) is cleaning of the tongue. This means taking 30 seconds to brush and rinse your tongue and removing all food particles, coffee stains, etc. Do this gently for at least 15-30 seconds and until all you see is the fleshy pink color of your tongue. Also, stay adequately hydrated throughout the day. This helps keep your mouth naturally clean.
I have two things women do that make them less attractive to me. Firstly when i'm out and about in everyday life i see women and even though i have no interest in the majority when they see me and i look at them they TURN THEIR NOSES UP as if to say DON'T BOTHER LOOKING AT ME BECAUSE I'M WAY ABOVE YOU. Hygiene is my biggest thing for women. I've learned that if women have bad teeth, it definitely reflects on their overall health. If their teeth are bad, they don't wash properly. Being clean and smelling good is huge for both sides in a relationship.
Physically I wish women would avoid finger nails longer than french tips. It's not sexy, it's creepy. Also when they shave off their eyebrows....Very unattractive. As far as personality goes I value a women with goals and a sense of calmness/confidence in her voice because women I've known with anxiety in their voice tends to lead to more problems later. A young girl who hasn't lived on her own for awhile will never appreciate the struggle of what it's like to feel the fear of wondering how they will eat later. So any women who has never experienced a few solo trials is completely off limits if Im looking for a long term relationship. I have a friend who married a 19yr old when he was 25. That marriage didn't last. Later he married a 26yr old who was still living at home when he was 34. That marriage also fell apart because the girl didn't know how good she had it in her relationship. She was always complaining about things that didn't matter. A woman who is open to communicating directly about conflicts without letting it turn into resentment is important.

I'd say it's a fine line between self-deprecating humor and lack of confidence. If your whole humor and a big chunk of your personality revolve around putting yourself down, that's not attractive.

Just had this conversation with a buddy of mine the other day. I mentioned that cursing too much or unnecessarily is extremely unattractive to others. You’re deflecting from the original points. It doesn’t matter when you sleep as long as you do. It’s healthy if anything do it for you at least. How can you be a good partner to women if you aren’t even one to yourself?

So, is the solution lying to y'all?? Do you uphold resentment over genuine respect? That's what you get when a woman keeps her issues repressed ... That's how the " Nagging wife" was created! Almost every issue she tried to address trusting her husband to amend or totally eradicate it. Instead, he decided to neglect/overlook her concerns. This was the day respect died and resentment began to develop in its place. The house is no longer a home.
Proud to say I got the hygiene part mostly down to a science. Brush and shower daily, shave monthly, put on deodorant etc. Sometimes I'll pop a breath mint. I can't believe something so basic is included in the video but I guess some guys are just that clueless

I always fail to understand “goals ,ambition” I feel like it’s them wanting us to become a boss of some sort and make a lot more money , otherwise my goal was to have a home and a family. I don’t understand anything past that .
