@vali I have this same controller. Did you have to program first in order to run? I have mine wired exactly the same and using the same sequence but I cannot get anything from it.

Hello How are you dear friend I have a problem with sevcon gen4 80v 180A controller My bike burn in fire and everything is burned in fire, but I guess motor and controller is healthy, when I connect controller to battery and connect motor to it, LED ofcontroller just just Flashes 7 times and repeat, i know electronic and mechanic I want to repair or by myself, can you help me for solve this problem? I mean do you know for what reasons LED flashes 7 times? Regards.
Hello, no I do not know the reason for the blinking of the led. I made this video to show that you have to respect the ignition sequence for it to work. Have a good day.
