So glad you decided to have your own floss tube. Your projects are lovely and beautifully stitched. I am 80 and have been stitching for 44years. I love seeing young people loving this craft. Will love following you and seeing you wonderful stitching.
Hello Abby, you are doing a great job. Your stitching is very beautiful . I live in St. Louis, Missouri and have been stitching since the late 80's. Life took over and haven't cross stitched in a long time. I also quilt, hand embroidery, crochet, garden and love to cook. I was with my husband for 48 years and he passed away in 2020. I was so lost and one day around 2:30 am. I found floss tube and have been stitching every since. Love it. Glad to see the younger generation picking it up as well. You go girl. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Oh I get it- I live in Milwaukee and I’m pretty sure I can’t sleep without sirens 😂 Love your projects and agree- those yearly cottage gardens are no joke! I have the bat kitted up but it’s daunting!

My Orthopedic Surgeon is from Toronto Canada but then he moved to Ajax after he got on his own. Now he lives about one hour away from me here in the U.S. He is an excellent Orthopedic Surgeon. Everybody just loves him.
Speaking of Books I am an Avid Reader as well. I have 7 Book Shelves. Most of them are my Childhood favorites - classics - Children Books. I read just about everything except for Horror Books. Those I won’t read. Even though I don’t live in Canada I get on the Toronto Public Library Website to see what New Books they have. I love their Library Website. It is really great.
Do you buy your books or do you use your Library?
I have lots of Libraries that I can use but I use the two that is closest to me. One is my local Library and the other one is my County Library which is only 15 minutes away from me. I have to pay $50.00 to use the County Library which is fine with me. I love love my County Library. My High School English Teacher works at the County Library. The Staff is just fantastic. They have everything.

Really good start. you talked about needing some idea to your finish what about making them to pillows watching a Danish Cross stitch channel and she makes them to small pillows and it looks eally good

Great job. So great having you on FLOSS TUBE. I see you had a hard time coming up with a cool name for your channel, I’m struggling with that as well. Because everybody else is already got all the cool names. If you could find some extra money in your pocket, you might wanna go to stitch north and you can meet quite a bit of sitters that are in your area, and then you’d have someone maybe to do a floss tube with. Anyway, looking forward to video number 2

Its a fabric I hand-dyed myself! I don't remember the exact formula but I used the apple green Rit dye. And yes, I will definitely do that in the future, thanks so much!
