Would like to know with how the partial treatment (protection from copyright and no real punishment for doxing when youtube has banned for even saying it as a joke) that sniper has been getting from youtube open up youtube for discrimination lawsuit for most people that have been banned for the same thing?
Wait this is a terrible video. I agree jackfilms got doxxed and sssniperwolf is terrible but your info is either outdated or just out right lying. 1) sssniperwolf isn't denying wrong doing. She publicly apologized 2) youtube did demonize sssniperwolf for an unknown set of time 3) jackfilms is being critized for being a bad actor by TH-cam. Please do your research before making videos
Her claiming that “she doesn’t know how to Dox someone” is like forcing a bank teller to give you money at gunpoint and then claim you have no idea how to rob banks.
The fact she went to his house, posted it to millions of ppl, and didn't apologize until she started to lose money herself speaks VOLUMES about her lack of care for other ppl's safety.

TH-cam didn't actually do anything. They gave her a temporary demonitization, but ONLY on new videos, not channel-wide, and they're willfully ignoring the fact that she's ban evading them by having a second, monetized channel where she's re-uploading demonitized videos.
I wouldn't be surprised if they gave her direction on the evasion. It reeks of a, "Hey, we gotta do something, so this is the minimum we can legally get away with, but here's what you can do..." response.
There's like two channels that say her SssniperWolf name on Rumble, and one of them have a couple of her videos on it. Not sure, if it's her channel, or if someone else is using her stage name.
TH-cam's response to this is despicable ... both sides? A reminder there is a tier system based on how much money you make for TH-cam. If this was a minor TH-camr who did this ... instant deplatform for sure.
One big issue I have is not once has sssniperwolf said to her fans "Please don't do anything, please don't escalate the situation, what I did was wrong and it needs correcting"

That's a very one sided way to look at it. The statement was more "are you afraid to fight a small girl" to try and point out that he'd have no reason to be scared. It's like claiming you are scared of a chihuahua. Honestly, everyone in this story is unlikable. Jacksfilms, even if he thinks he has good intentions, is clearly profiting off her and she's just dreadful all around. Sometimes nobody is the good guy.

While yeah it's a blatant double standards, there's some things that need to be corrected: - actman joked about doxxing ytbe employees, which definitely got ytbe panicked. - actman channel didn't get banned, it got demonitized for a month, whereas sssniperwolf only got demonitized for a week. - fyi: actman even show his demonization to his friend who to an employee at ytbe, and he also thought this is crazy.

Because she still ended up hurting him, and that should be obvious to her. Doxxing by itself isn’t a crime (in most places) but it can constitute harassment and specially in this case, even incitement of violence. The intent it needs to have ( as in most criminal cases) is the intent to harm in any way.

So, even if you truly didn't know theft was illegal, and thus had no intent to break the law, you still acted intentionally. A good rule of thumb is to consider whether it was an accident. Did SSSniperwolf reveal his address by accident? No? Then it was intentional.

Leaking someone's address doesn't count as an invasion of their privacy??? If that's true then that is a very dangerous hole in the legal code. People have literally died from having their address leaked, with people swatting them or showing up at their house with a gun. Someone could make you unsafe in your own home and you would have no legal recourse.
Showing a picture of a house , precedent set by Streisand, is not "Invasion of Privacy". Doxxing, harrasment and stalking are still possible crimes. Consider, Burglary or Robbery, both crimes are "taking your stuff".
In a lot of states your address is part of your "public record" and can be accessed by just about anyone willing to look for it. In fact, we've all probably "doxxed" ourselves many times by posting pictures outside our home with our home in the background, or something similar.
@@Lurksmore I would argue to intent: The Streisand photographer was documenting coastline; something in public interest. Sniperwolf went there in a more 'mob' kind of way, half egging her followers on, implying something should happen to him.
What I find the most frustrating is that all of this happened right as Jacksfilms' videos about Sssniperwolf were actually resulting in making a difference: small creators were submitting claims against her videos and she was being forced to remove the stolen content. And now that this has happened, Jack has stopped posting videos on Jjjacksfilms about her, and I'm worried that suddenly all the progress he was making for small creators to be able to fight back will be stopped in its tracks. And I'm guessing that fact isn't lost on Sssniperwolf either.
Jack's likely being dead silent right now because he's seeking legal advice. He might continue again down the line, but I wouldn't blame him if he doesn't.
I doubt it's a coincidence. The fact that people had finally managed to get meaningful action taken against her, rather than just words, was probably a factor in her choice to escalate the feud.

The things that piss me off the most: 1. TH-cam has unfairly promoted her even though all her content is theft 2. They have multiple times held off on copyright strikes to give her time to remove sections of videos before the strike hits. Something NO OTHER CREATOR GETS! 3. Companies are always going to give people who make them money more leeway that others. That's business for you. Also, wealthy people can generally get away with significantly more than others can. Welcome to Earth, where the bottom line is usually more important than anything else. The doxxing that she did was perfectly legal, which is probably why they didn't ban her. Plus I imagine it's better, though I'm not entirely sure, to legally dox someone than make a joke about illegally doxxing someone.
@@OctagonalSquare There's a difference between joking about illegally doxxing someone and legally doxxing someone. It's basically like killing someone in self defence versus making a joke about murdering someone, though that's an extreme example.
I think the main difference between Streisand and this case is the audience. Sssniperwolf has documented how absolutely insane some of her fans can be. It wouldn't be much of a reach to say her audience has a much higher likelihood of following through with malicious action due to having access to that small bit of information. At that point, she should be held partially liable for setting up that situation
The bigger difference between this case and the Streisand case is that the photo wasn't even labelled as being Streisand's house. The photographer was documenting erosion along the coast and took a lot of photos to show the current state of erosion. One of the homes in this collection of photos just so happened to be Streisand's house. But nobody knew this until Streisand kicked up a big fuss about it.

I see two important differences between the Streisand photo and this case: 1) 'legitimate purpose': the photo which happened to include Streisand's home was part of a survey of the California coast; this one had no purpose *other* than to harm Jacks; 2) 'private information': had it not been for Streisand's own actions, her home would have just been one unlabelled dwelling in a series of photos; this picture was distributed clearly labelled as belonging to Jacks.
Also, some of her fans have been to Jack's house since and posted from his yard which would not be happening except for her actions. How long until one of these fans is an actual psycho and decides to go into the house with violent intent? What she has done has caused jacksfilms to be rightfully scared for the safety of his family. SSSniperwolf needs to GO!

The Streisand case doesnt seem like the best or even most fair comparison. The photograph of her house was documenting the coastline and it just happened to capture Streisand's house; SSSniperwolf published the picture with malicious intent and, as evidenced by her earlier story, she was aware it was intentional.
Agreed - posting something that happens to be someone's house is what Google Maps vans do, but taking photos of someone's house BECAUSE it's someone's house is the kind of thing that gets journalist photographers banned from the industry and sued for millions. Worlds apart, imho.

I would say this is quite different to the Streisand situation because of the intention. The photographer wasn't targeting her. Sssniperwolf was specifically targeting Jacksfilms. Even taken in best possible faith it's still insane behaviour to show up to someone's house unannounced because of an internet feud.
A few facts you missed out here: Sniperwolf's sister (who was allegedly with her) posted on twitter that they intended to "fight him". Sniperwolf's fans have continued to repost the image of his house, including a full address, on twitter. They have also doxxed a few other TH-camrs who have spoken against Sniperwolf. Jack and his wife have not been home since the incident and have been on vacation away from their home, we have no way of knowing if them returning to their home may result in any sort of harmful action towards them or their property. Also, Sniperwolf has posted videos before of her talking about fans following her to her house, so there's a case to be made that she knew exactly what she was doing. Not to mention, she's also been arrested and convicted for armed robbery, which pair that with the tweets from her sister, paints the situation in a different light.
This and some other comments to this video tell me that LegalEagle did not do a very good job of gathering the facts of the case before posting this video. I sincerely hope he creates an update to it adding the additional context.

News moves fast on the internet, and unless you're making videos that reach the incredibly high standard of quality Sssniperwolf's videos meet, it can take too long to properly address updates before publishing a video.
@@aaronleverton4221 Legal conclusions depend on the specific facts and evidence of the case. Many of these were left out. Since they are relevant, an update would seem to be in order. This was done on some other cases where additional information came to light subsequent to shooting and even in one famous case within a single video as events unfolded in real time.
So I wanted to make a comment about how Sssniperwolf didn't just post a picture of Jacksfilms' house to her story. It was actually a video where she was saying how Jack should be out any minute and how she ordered ice cream to his house to try and lure him outside. Her sister also made tweets asking if Jack didn't know how to fight or something.
@@Gearrion Many court cases are decided by opinion, my friend. "Based on intent" is opinion because people lie. But if a judge declares SSSniperwolf guilty of doxxing because in their opinion, she had ill intent, that's all that is needed. The other side could be stated too. She can be found innocent or the case dismissed because of the OPINION that she REALLY DIDN'T have ill intent. So opinions can definitely mean a lot.

Nothing small would likely charge her behavior. It would be awesome if we had an education system that taught ethics and if we also had repercussions where young adults and teens have to attend several classes on ethics, empathy, and trying to open their minds a little about the fact that everything isn't a joke and words/messaging can be very dangerous and it doesn't hurt to spend a moment critically thinking about your actions. While the context is important in determining the law, and that argument may be important to fight to establish new precedence, I think the lack of bringing it up shows that it would likely fall flat in front of a judge. Mentioning the imminent action and lack of previous harassment also points out that the argument would fall flat as that would be contrary to a "willful and knowing" action.

One major difference between this and the Streisand case: the picture of Streisand's house wasn't labelled or distinguished in any way that would identify it as her house to a casual observer. The IG post of Jacksfilms's house _was_ specifically called out as his and his family's residence.
Another major difference was that the photo of Streisand's house didn't include a vaguely worded threat to "Come outside and talk." Any reasonable person would assume going to someone house, taking a picture of it, and posting it online with the caption "Come outside" is a threat.

Setting aside the doxxing, can we agree that showing up at someone's house unannounced demanding to talk is something I would expect from a crazy ex-girlfriend that refuses to move on. It is weird to me that the "stalking" aspect wasn't really touched on in this video. I'm sure criminal stalking is hard to prove off of one big incident, but showing up at someone's house in the middle of the night, streaming a video of it, and trying to get them to come outside, especially when they're someone you're not on good terms with, is definitely a major issue. Like you said, if the roles were reversed this would be playing out very differently and the police would likely have been involved immediately.

Lia running to his house to turn the cameras on for her social media following is intent. Her making veiled threats during and immediately after the incident is intent. If you had to prove with zero doubt that someone wanted a certain result in order to prosecute, no one would be prosecuted.
This is another one of those situations that victims of stalking experience. They always say you don’t have a case until someone actually gets hurt at which point it’s usually too damn late.

There was a food delivery sent to their address that they didn't order at the time sssniperwolf was outside their house - regardless of if it was by her or a fan it was intended to get them outside of the house. Jack and his family have fled the house in fear of what is going to happen and haven't posted anything to their channel after that video. Her sister confirmed they where there to start a fight, sssniper has prior arrests for public assault and armed robbery. The issue I have is both her and her sister repeatedly stated "his address if on google" - I fail to see how this isn't instructions for her fans to look up his address and Doxxing by proxy. I don't accept the "lapse of judgment" seen as the next day she was braggin and joking about it. Also her apology says "thank you youtube for making me accountable, I respect the decision" - she breaks a different youtube TOS by trying to avoid demonetization / ban evading by posting videos instead to her second channel that hadn't be demonetised.

Objection: The Streisand case and this one aren't comparable because Streisand's mansion was part of a photo set over a coastline, with no identifying factors attached. Jacksfilms' house was mentioned in an Instagram story showing she was planning to go to it prior and then was attached to a vaguely threatening message, which came with clear intentions in a conversation with SSSniperwolf's sister. This is blatant malicious intent, and I'm not sure how you don't get imminent threat out of his reaction on the livestream. Even if the threat has passed, that doesn't mean the threat of her coming back is gone.

I’m like 99% sure that she has a charge for armed robbery on her record, not to mention that her sister messaged Jack “what, you afraid to fight a girl?” when Sniperwolf was there & he wouldn’t come outside. I’m pretty sure there is a legal basis for making the claim that he was in fear of immediate physical danger. I think that proves they had malicious intent and knew what they were doing. She’s 31 and a resident of the internet for many years. She knows what doxxing is, and in addition to that, she knows how damaging and dangerous it can be for a public figure. Pretty sure one of her friends has been doxxed. Streisands house being photographed was incidental due to it's proximity to the coast and the photographer doing a legitimate surveying of the area. The Streisand house example was specifically about the accusation of "Invasion of privacy." Harassment is a separate allegation, and the Streisand example wouldn't really apply to it. Invasion of privacy is like someone's filming through a window in your back yard, that is not in plain view of the public, to try to see what you're doing. Sharing a photo/video of a house from a public street, in plain view by the public is protected by the first amendment and in no situation would be considered an invasion of privacy, otherwise for example paparazzi could not exist. Anything or anyone you can see from a public space, you can legally record. I personally think the harassment accusation and doxxing have a lot of credibility, but the invasion of privacy doesn't hold water legally.

She didn't really "doxx" him because the information she posted isn't really considered confidential and to prove intent there would be EXTREMELY difficult especially given the circumstances that LegalEagle himself pointed out here.
I disagree with the comparison with the Streisand case. Because it all came down to intent. The photographer was documenting the erosion of the California coast. Some of those photos happened to have the back of Streisand's house in them. Most people who saw the photos would not know that some of them had her house in them nor would anyone who even knew that it was Streisand's house. SSSniperwolf deliberately posted a picture of Jack's house and called attention to this fact to her Instagram followers.

Honestly, that is how I feel about Jacksfilms here. His actions of creating a secondary channel and maintaining an online persona where he continuously targets SSSniperwolf would be sufficient to make her feel uncomfortable -- anyone would in such a position. In that case, I would find it entirely understandable to react the way she did (though the potential threat he posed to her source of income could plausibly be the more significant factor here). Nonetheless, I think Jacksfilms was a dick for harassing her like a kid who annoys others around him to get what he wants. Be constructive, not destructive.
What bothers me about this situation is TH-cam isn’t above wrecking channels through demonetization and copyright strikes. And they have changed the entire landscape of the platform that drove creators away or drove them to rely on platforms such as Patreon. SSSniperwolf blatantly breaks their ToS, and she just gets a slap on the wrist.

She maliciously violated the ToS; but the problem is it's making TH-cam money and it's not politically risky like 3D printed firearm related content. If you're a fan of firearms you know YT has LONG been inconsistent on enforcing it's ToS, they will manually review a video, ok it for monetization, then delete an entire TH-camrs Channel. The "3D Print General" had far less videos on firearms then he did on other things, in NONE of the videos does he instruct HOW to make these items, he is obeying both the law and ToS. They purged his channel for it.
Slap on the wrist, and nothing is going to change. Nobody who follows her is going to stop, which is the only thing that might get through to this awful person. But no, she'll eventually jump from Jacksfilms to someone else, continuing the harassment that any of us would have been banned for, while her fans tell her how great she is. Why not? There are no real consequences. And TH-cam should be terminally ashamed of that.

Yes it’s shitty, but it’s not exactly a direct correlation to her doxxing and probably gets glossed over. 1 and 2 though makes it A LOT worse in her case. Now Jack can have a better case of being fearful of retaliation, immenent harm, etc. because if someone brandishing a gun walks up to a door and “just wants to talk”, that’s a VERY easy case to make for direct harm which is outlined multiple times to be an exception to the 1st amendment.
My favorite thing about the whole situation is that after she got her temporary demonetization and said it was justified and that she accepted it... she then just took all her content and reposted it on another channel to monetize it again.

One difference is in volume - Jarvis' Dhar Mann bingo is a highly limited number of videos, it's not some channel dedicated *only* to the Dhar Mann criticism/ridiculing with dozens of videos only that. Just isn't particularly comparable tbh. Dhar Mann's reaction is certainly more appropriate (and Sniperwolf's is terrible / deserves repercussions) - but I don't see them as comparable here. If Jack had switched between creators to criticize/parody on that channel it'd be different (you know, akin to how Jarvis does a variety of videos on his channels) and Sniperwolf was just a recurring example it'd be about the same.

TH-cam didn't actually do anything. They gave her a temporary demonitization, but ONLY on new videos, not channel-wide, and they're willfully ignoring the fact that she's ban evading them by having a second, monetized channel where she's re-uploading demonitized videos.
I wouldn't be surprised if they gave her direction on the evasion. It reeks of a, "Hey, we gotta do something, so this is the minimum we can legally get away with, but here's what you can do..." response.

I find it funny that YT was perfectly happy to let her do her thing. All she had to do was ignore a troll. But she didn't ignore the troll (I say troll but he was calling her out for very valid reasons). In a lot of states your address is part of your "public record" and can be accessed by just about anyone willing to look for it. In fact, we've all probably "doxxed" ourselves many times by posting pictures outside our home with our home in the background, or something similar.

2. They have multiple times held off on copyright strikes to give her time to remove sections of videos before the strike hits. Something NO OTHER CREATOR GETS!

4. She began uploading all her videos to an alternate, monetized account, which is avoiding the monetization ban. This is a terminable offense in TH-cam’s TOS, and yet, with 2 terminable offenses she is still on the platform.

I think the main difference between Streisand and this case is the audience. Sssniperwolf has documented how absolutely insane some of her fans can be. It wouldn't be much of a reach to say her audience has a much higher likelihood of following through with malicious action due to having access to that small bit of information. At that point, she should be held partially liable for setting up that situation
The bigger difference between this case and the Streisand case is that the photo wasn't even labelled as being Streisand's house.
The photographer was documenting erosion along the coast and took a lot of photos to show the current state of erosion. One of the homes in this collection of photos just so happened to be Streisand's house.
But nobody knew this until Streisand kicked up a big fuss about it.

I would say this is quite different to the Streisand situation because of the intention. The photographer wasn't targeting her. Sssniperwolf was specifically targeting Jacksfilms. Even taken in best possible faith it's still insane behaviour to show up to someone's house unannounced because of an internet feud.

A few facts you missed out here: Sniperwolf's sister (who was allegedly with her) posted on twitter that they intended to "fight him". Sniperwolf's fans have continued to repost the image of his house, including a full address, on twitter. They have also doxxed a few other TH-camrs who have spoken against Sniperwolf. Jack and his wife have not been home since the incident and have been on vacation away from their home, we have no way of knowing if them returning to their home may result in any sort of harmful action towards them or their property. Also, Sniperwolf has posted videos before of her talking about fans following her to her house, so there's a case to be made that she knew exactly what she was doing. Not to mention, she's also been arrested and convicted for armed robbery, which pair that with the tweets from her sister, paints the situation in a different light.

It was actually a video where she was saying how Jack should be out any minute and how she ordered ice cream to his house to try and lure him outside. Nothing small would likely charge her behavior. It would be awesome if we had an education system that taught ethics and if we also had repercussions where young adults and teens have to attend several classes on ethics, empathy, and trying to open their minds a little about the fact that everything isn't a joke and words/messaging can be very dangerous and it doesn't hurt to spend a moment critically thinking about your actions.

While the context is important in determining the law, and that argument may be important to fight to establish new precedence, I think the lack of bringing it up shows that it would likely fall flat in front of a judge.
Mentioning the imminent action and lack of previous harassment also points out that the argument would fall flat as that would be contrary to a "willful and knowing" action.

One major difference between this and the Streisand case: the picture of Streisand's house wasn't labelled or distinguished in any way that would identify it as her house to a casual observer. The IG post of Jacksfilms's house _was_ specifically called out as his and his family's residence.

Setting aside the doxxing, can we agree that showing up at someone's house unannounced demanding to talk is something I would expect from a crazy ex-girlfriend that refuses to move on. It is weird to me that the "stalking" aspect wasn't really touched on in this video. I'm sure criminal stalking is hard to prove off of one big incident, but showing up at someone's house in the middle of the night, streaming a video of it, and trying to get them to come outside, especially when they're someone you're not on good terms with, is definitely a major issue. Like you said, if the roles were reversed this would be playing out very differently and the police would likely have been involved immediately.

There was a food delivery sent to their address that they didn't order at the time sssniperwolf was outside their house - regardless of if it was by her or a fan it was intended to get them outside of the house.
Jack and his family have fled the house in fear of what is going to happen and haven't posted anything to their channel after that video.
Her sister confirmed they where there to start a fight, sssniper has prior arrests for public assault and armed robbery.

This is blatant malicious intent, and I'm not sure how you don't get imminent threat out of his reaction on the livestream. Out of curiosity. Wouldn't the fact that she stated in the original post she wanted to talk to him, make it different from the Streisand incident? Streisands house being photographed was incidental due to it's proximity to the coast and the photographer doing a legitimate surveying of the area.
SS SniperWolf - literally tried to instigate a confrontation by saying she wanted to "talk" to him with the post of his home. Which was not incidental, it was deliberate with intent. Does that not change the legality of it?
I feel like it could. Like, if I were to be playing geo guesser and Jack films house was in the video, it was zero intent of showing the home. But if I intentionally go to his home and post a video mentioning his name its obvious. And anyone can recognize that.
Now could it be argued me purposefully going up to not easily accessible information to post it online is not always malicious? Sure, however that heavily depends on the context as to what I was doing. Sssniperwolf posting it with "let's talk like adults" and constantly accusing jack (I know that's not his real name) of harassment and obsessive behavior could be argued that she was aware of any possible malicious actions taken against him by her fans. Because, its the internet and people have done a WHOLE lot more for a whole lot less. Swatting is a prime example. Almost killing people during a live stream, for what? A "joke".
Along with the fact that she had been beefing publicly with him to her millions of follower beforehand (not a part of Streisand’s story)
The Streisand house example was specifically about the accusation of "Invasion of privacy." Harassment is a separate allegation, and the Streisand example wouldn't really apply to it. Invasion of privacy is like someone's filming through a window in your back yard, that is not in plain view of the public, to try to see what you're doing. Sharing a photo/video of a house from a public street, in plain view by the public is protected by the first amendment and in no situation would be considered an invasion of privacy, otherwise for example paparazzi could not exist. Anything or anyone you can see from a public space, you can legally record.
I personally think the harassment accusation and doxxing have a lot of credibility, but the invasion of privacy doesn't hold water legally.

Him suing wouldn't go anywhere at all really. She didn't really "doxx" him because the information she posted isn't really considered confidential and to prove intent there would be EXTREMELY difficult especially given the circumstances that LegalEagle himself pointed out here.

I disagree with the comparison with the Streisand case. Because it all came down to intent. The photographer was documenting the erosion of the California coast. Some of those photos happened to have the back of Streisand's house in them. Most people who saw the photos would not know that some of them had her house in them nor would anyone who even knew that it was Streisand's house. SSSniperwolf deliberately posted a picture of Jack's house and called attention to this fact to her Instagram followers.

That's... exactly what was said in the video. The reason it was used as a comparison was just to compare the two situations and how one was setting a potential precedent. But that Sssniperwolf had a very different intent in comparison.

The intent wasnt to find him that was already out there. The intent was to chat and hash out multiple month long beef. She didnt tell her fans "go get this guy" or something crazy. THAT is malicious intent. All she did was ask them if she should talk to him. No malicious intent, try again.
In the end the Streisand case will fit here too as even tho the picture is a bit more personal, there is no breach of privacy as she didnt peep through the windows, but took a street side picture of a publicly known building.
Perhaps dont make months upon months of videos shitting on a person and then play victim when they show up. If you dont have anything nice to say, keep your mouth shut. Simple as. That is old school life right there.

Honestly, that is how I feel about Jacksfilms here. His actions of creating a secondary channel and maintaining an online persona where he continuously targets SSSniperwolf would be sufficient to make her feel uncomfortable -- anyone would in such a position. In that case, I would find it entirely understandable to react the way she did (though the potential threat he posed to her source of income could plausibly be the more significant factor here). Nonetheless, I think Jacksfilms was a dick for harassing her like a kid who annoys others around him to get what he wants. Be constructive, not destructive.

If you're a fan of firearms you know YT has LONG been inconsistent on enforcing it's ToS, they will manually review a video, ok it for monetization, then delete an entire TH-camrs Channel. The "3D Print General" had far less videos on firearms then he did on other things, in NONE of the videos does he instruct HOW to make these items, he is obeying both the law and ToS. They purged his channel for it.

Now Jack can have a better case of being fearful of retaliation, immenent harm, etc. because if someone brandishing a gun walks up to a door and “just wants to talk”, that’s a VERY easy case to make for direct harm which is outlined multiple times to be an exception to the 1st amendment.
My favorite thing about the whole situation is that after she got her temporary demonetization and said it was justified and that she accepted it... she then just took all her content and reposted it on another channel to monetize it again.

One difference is in volume - Jarvis' Dhar Mann bingo is a highly limited number of videos, it's not some channel dedicated *only* to the Dhar Mann criticism/ridiculing with dozens of videos only that. Just isn't particularly comparable tbh.
Dhar Mann's reaction is certainly more appropriate (and Sniperwolf's is terrible / deserves repercussions) - but I don't see them as comparable here. If Jack had switched between creators to criticize/parody on that channel it'd be different (you know, akin to how Jarvis does a variety of videos on his channels) and Sniperwolf was just a recurring example it'd be about the same.

I feel like she has a point though. The vitriol and intensity with which people are coming for her is something I have only ever seen done to women who the online world has decided are "bad ones", never the men.
