You might assume modifying things is difficult, but even small tweaks can work great for your skin. Bear in mind to consume ample water. Keep a 1L bottle nearby and strive to finish it. Once it's done, top up it and drink another liter. If you can manage more, that's more good! If your complexion is extremely dry or oily, try using litlextra riceeberry face wash. Once or twice a day should be good. It has black rice water which provides good glow to your skin. Don't forget to moisturise before going to bed, according to what works best for your skin type. Try to squeeze in some exercise, even if it's just 10-15 minutes. If you're busy working, walk briskly to the bus stop and back. If you can, utilize a treadmill. Afterward, rehydrate, freshen up, have breakfast, and begin your day. It's important to remain happy and eat well. Choose foods like daals, spinach, carrot and orange juice, and yogurt. These are everyday foods that can help you feel great. And don't worry if you experience dullness during bad weather - it occurs to all of us.

They make my face feel smooth and refreshed :)
Hi there, my personal experience with both products (Eucerin and Cetaphil), I personally like Cetaphil more. Eucerin wash doesn't really help much on my skin. Cetaphil on the other hand really dries up my skin. I even use it on my scalp to dry up the excess sebum on my scalp too. However, I need to use the cetaphil moisturizer (Pro-Acne) so that my skin won't rebel by producing more and more sebum. I have used this foam cleanser with and without its moisturizer. The results is better with its moisturizer.

And once a week ill use a specific clay mask that doesn’t break me out. Overall i love this cleanser and enjoy washing my face every morning because if it. Theres something about this formula that makes my skin feel so refreshing while being so affordable
I think because it’s so gentle it won’t do that effective job in cleaning?. But i still use it cuz it removes the oilyness on my face without my skin feeling rough. If im wearing makeup or sunscreen ill double cleanse with an oil cleanser. Doing this for years. I used to have the same problem like yours when i used cetaphil for the 1st time
Are u using the liquid Cetaphil or the soap bar? I recommend using the soap bar because the liquid doesn't help much with acne or that happens to me.
Can you review there moisturizer or spf ?
Yayy nk tukar pakai yg pro! My nose has that thing called 'zit'?? The one that gets big like a bump not like usual pimples. My nose is now ugly cuz the bumps are still visible for years. Sedih gila😑
I have this problem too. Do you any solution to this?
@@tfadhli8925 try using a silicone face massage cleanser. Seriously it works wonder!! Sy baru pakai x smpai seminggu n my skin improved so much. N most importantly, those ugly bumps on my nose dh x nmpk sgt. U can type Aurora facial cleanser something like that at shopee. Atau beli dkt Guardian/Watsons. It's kinda pricey. But it's the best investment u won't regret.

Hey, Dr. I've bought the Acne Prone Foam Wash. But it has a issues that I'm suffering, that is the foamer pump issues. I pressed it, so less the bubble came out, put it on my face, the bubble disappeared. How to fix this, sir?
It also happens to me sometimes because of the sunscreen, and I believed that it didn’t cleanse my face but after i asked my dermatologist she said that it keeps working and cleansing even if we feel that it doesn’t
