I have a paid Leap membership and I don't see this video on your website or any of the new Constitutional Law videos. Are they being uploaded?
Does State Action apply when a private entity acts as a proxy for the government? Completely as a not at all currently relevant example: If the government were to say, have a direct line to a social media or information aggregation company (lets call them BookFace or Twittard or Gaggle for example) in order to tell them to censor private citizens based on any of the reasons the government is prohibited of doing on it's own, could this be considered State Action and as such make the private entity liable in the same way the government is?
Is child support a state action ?
