The USC, 1A does not read "Free speech" by the way.
It reads "freedom of speech". In legal parlance, Free and Freedom are HUGE differences.
Gratitude/sloth. Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted.
I paid for both LEAP and Bar Blitz but I cannot find the full version of this video on the website. Please help! Thanks in advance.

Hi Michael. I have total access to Studicata Bar program, and I can't find Free Speech videos there. Can you help me with that? Or is there only access to these videos on TH-cam?

@@studicata Thank you, Professor. I just sent the email. I hope I can see the classes soon because I am taking the California Bar exam next week. You're the best.
Learn how the internet has changed what we consider 1st # Freedom of Speech .
The emotions are how it got warned in the book in the first place. Duh. To stop you.
Compelling,
In Oklahoma
You do not have the right to be silent.
You do not have the right and not to testify against yourselves
And doctors give aid to the crime
Example, a wreck happened in July, 2022 in Oklahoma in which killed a police officer on a motorcycle.
The driver causing the wreck was forced, to give a blood sample.
In other words.
They are forcing information from the driver, and he is suffering from unreasonable torture .
And compelled the driver to testify against himself.
A blood test is not testimonial so the Fifth Amendment does not apply (see Schmerber v. California).
Well, if he was suspect, and to ensure (rule out) intoxication standards, a blood test is plenty appropriate and constitutional.
An invasive, without cause or diligence, blood test would violate his 4th Amendment.
However, depending on if an officer witnessed the accident, Miranda wouldn't be necessary. Can still be used if the LEO knows there was an illegal act that led to the accident, as opposed to a tire blowing out.
And unless the suspect was later being questioned and he spoke, that is not violating the 5th. If you are forced to speak under corecian, duress, or manipulation, then that would be a 5th violation, and a few others.
Hurry up on the religion clauses too! Haha Thanks for the help
Sure-happy to help!
Why I don't nourish/sustain you even though my religion requires that in the Trinity
Notice guy points with two fingers because it takes two to tango
One nation under God... Had 4 extra years.
While I'm under your care still, even though unsupervised. You have to know there's a state action requirement for my car to get pulled over for speeding while a speeder drives it. Because I don't approve of that. Why it was a state trooper. What did he do? Tried to hand me that idiot's GD meth pipe that he wasn't even allowed to have in my car. Y'all are up for a lesson, and a huge one. You've lost your dam mind.
Ought to afford all people on probation to afford to pay you due to shame, but what'd you do instead. Against God, against God's people, against the declaration of independence, against the constitution.
You're a condemnation when half your people believe Jesus saves them.
For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world, but through Him the world MIGHT be saved. -John 3:17
Because all you do is lie
