Od czasu Szpaka nie mieliśmy nikogo na tak wysokim poziomie.

That year was such a scam. People voted Russia first place, then jury purpusefully inflated Ukraine and Australia points above 500+ so it was basically impossible

Najpiękniejsze jest to, że Michał tym wykonaniem zjednał na chwilę społeczeństwo. Wielu ludzi uważało go za dziwaka a tym występem Michal udowodnił jakim znakomitym jest artystą. Poza tym jest sobą, kolorową postacią. Do tej pory mam ciary.
Od tamtej pory posypałam głowę popiołem i słucham jego muzyki :) jest fantastyczny :)
Teraz jak jesteś dziwakiem to masz większą szansę wygrać Eurowizję, wiadomo poprawność polityczna żeby nie było. Ale trzeba przyznać ładnie śpiewa.

Bart Staelens This is one of the few times this year. Usually, but now, many countries have ignored its neighbors and awarded top marks not those whom you might to think. I believe, only people should decide the fate of the winner. It can't be true that 5 people from each country have to power to decide who will win and who will not. After their points, it's difficult to achieve the victory (Poland and Russia this year, Italy last year). I can't believe that millions people among the world are blind. So, I disagree with you, sorry.

jest 2020r i wciąż nie mogę się pogodzić z decyzją jurorów. Chyba będę tu zaglądał co rok prosząc Michała o jedno: zrób wszytko by wystąpić po raz kolejny na Eurowizji. Zaśpiewaj raz jeszcze dla siebie i całej Polski. The fact that he sang solo with perfect vocal control, and without any backing vocal and no musical effect was very impressive and artistic, and very difficult to do. And another fact was he expressed the messages of the lyrics verbally and non verbally very well. I wonder why did the juries not appreciate those facts?

Dalej nie mogę przeboleć jak "profesjonalne" a raczej polityczne jury potraktowało Michała! To moja ulubiona piosenka z Eurowizji. Michał to mój ulubiony facet. Luna też jest niesamowita, bardzo lubię jej piosenkę. Wygląda na to, że poprosiła Michała o radę w sprawie występu na Eurowizji, powiedział coś o siedzeniu 10 menuetów wcześniej w ciszy i spokoju. Michał jest bardzo mądrym człowiekiem.

Całe szczęście, że organizatorzy mieli inne zdanie co wyrazili w haśle tego rocznej Eurowizji. W tym konkursie jest miejsce zarówno, dla tanecznych hiciorków, patetycznie wyśpiewanych piosnek i świetnych kompozycji z głębokim tekstem, kapitalną aranżacją i genialnym wokalem. Także wrzuć na luz z tą żałobą.

like, netta won this year, but now, a little of people loves her. she was famous in may, when the eurovision was. Now, look, there is also artists like Micha Szpak(2016), or Mikolas Josef or Melovin (2018) they are doing great and they didn't won. people loved them, their songs, their charisma. that's what we can call a real succes
before the eurovision, they were famous only in their country, after their show, they have a lot of fans around the Europe

The jury totally robbed him. But he had the people's votes-- 3rd in the televotes is amazing! I'm an American living in Sweden and I remember watching this and cheering so loudly when they showed him on screen with the top televote points still left to distribute. His vocals and emotions really captured our hearts, transcending country and culture. Love him!

Here’s the story:
- I introduced this song to my best friend who doesn’t follow Eurovision at all. I then asked him what place he thought he finished.
“Did he win?”
I said “Yes, he won my heart. Are you ready to know what happened in the end?”
He replied “Go on”
“This song was badly robbed by the juries, giving him the last place with 7 points.”
(he was really sad and shocked)
“But the televote has given him 222 points, the 3rd place, doing the biggest comeback ever made in Eurovision to date. He finished 8th overall.”
(He was crying so badly)
“This is our friendship song, it represents everything I feel towards you. Thank you for showing me this lovely song.”

Czas tak leci, że w maju minie już 8 lat od tego historycznego występu Michała Szpaka i powiem tak. Jeszcze bardziej ta piosenka mi się podoba i jeszcze bardziej nie mogę zrozumieć co kierowało Eurowizje że ta piosenka nie wygrała ?? 8 lat, a mam wrażenie że oglądałem to w TV tydzień temu :0
Nie wiem czy by wygrała, ale Michał słabo zaśpiewał w występie dla jury, wiec dostał mało pkt.
utwór naprawdę znakomity, wybitny... Michał miał to nieszczęście, że trafił na naprawdę wybine utwory innych wykonawców w tamtym roku... według mnie poziom był w 2016 roku bardzo wysoki...
