I'm station master
I have a doubt
The third case where adv. Starter is failed( IBS is not failed), in this case you are saying private number of the concerned station will be required, but my DTI said private number of station in advance is required.
So I'm confused.
I have read GR 3.70, but there it is not clearly mentioned about private numbers.

Sir, if he passed starter signal and stopped before adv starter, in this case T/369 (3b) will be issued to LP by mentioning Pvt No.of LC.
