- 1. Starter Signal Defective - Calling On Signal or T/369(3B)+PHS
2. LSS (Advance Starter Defective)
(i) Absolute Block System ( Single/Double Line) - PLCT (Normal Speed)
(ii) Automatic Block System Single Line-
PLCT+T/A 912, First Train Speed -25 KMPH, 2nd onwards normal speed
(iii) Automatic Block System Double Line -
T/369(3B)+ CO 10 KMPH up to next Automatic Stop Signal
3. IB Signal Defective- PLCT+T/369(3B)

Automatic area the rules are made like that to keep clarity.
Sir....if LSS alone fail then issue T/369-3b
But if Block instruments fail then issue PLCT

Yes you can go.
For LP no problem, because points are locked by Shunt signal.
As per rule SM should not use Shunt signal for train movement but for LP, it is safe.
If SM gives T/511(dispatch from non signalled line)+ Shunt signal, it will be better

yes, we have to obey that shunt signal,
Because Calling signal is interlocking facing end points only.

T/B 1425 is filled by the SM who has given LC to a train (i.e. the receiving end SM) when LSS/Block Instrument is failed & train is dispatched on PLCT.
