Yes you can go. For LP no problem, because points are locked by Shunt signal. As per rule SM should not use Shunt signal for train movement but for LP, it is safe. If SM gives T/511(dispatch from non signalled line)+ Shunt signal, it will be better
Sir NR me absolute block system ke single line me PLCT dete hai aur double line me 369(3b) dete hai aur ise par pv no. Aur last train ka name likh dete hai
T/B 1425 is filled by the SM who has given LC to a train (i.e. the receiving end SM) when LSS/Block Instrument is failed & train is dispatched on PLCT.

yes, we have to obey that shunt signal,
Because Calling signal is interlocking facing end points only.
