    Broke the bleeder screw aye?
    I did too on my 99 and that's where the last conversation we had on the wheel cylinder sizes came from.
    Not knowing which size I had I ordered one of each, a 3/4 and a 13/16 cylinder. Well when I got the parts the bolts holding the cylinder on the axle were buggered up and so I checked to see if the cylinder was leaking past the boots and they weren't leaking so I went back to the bleeder and was able to get it out and bleed the brakes with a new bleeder screw. So now with this new video you peaked my interest to see if for your 93 they have two different sizes. Well for the US there is only size, the 3/4 cylinder. There is a 13/16 cylinder but it says it's for the vans made for Europe. Yeah and my vans and their transmissions have been very good to me. I did have to replace one solenoid pack but I usually get away with a filter and fluid change. Nice fix. Where did you get your trans book?
    Happy Motoring.

    • @MNMoparMinivan
      @MNMoparMinivan  2 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      @mostlymoparih5682 if I remember right I tried the bleeder to get it out of the way of the line fitting. Wheel cylinders were already junk. I got the trans book on ebay. Like $20.

    Very good! I've explained to you in the past about the transmission flush I've been doing it for 18 years all you do is go to harbor freight and get the air tool kit that has the nozzle you hook that up to a transmission line you make sure you keep both another line down into a drain pan put a little air in it and you can get all the fluid out except for one quart that stuck in the torque converter it's really easy you just disconnect the transmission line from the radiator which you probably should bypass eventually does radiators have a tendency of cracking and mixing transmission fluid with antifreeze every vehicle I ever buy I bypass the radiator and get a aftermarket transmission cooler for the caravans from 2002 to 2004 they work amazing! And I've gone through all that same trouble with the brake work on my imperial I had to replace all the rubber brake lines as well have you tried using Valvoline repair and protect? That ticking is loud. I would throw 5W-30 Valvoline repair and protect in there and see what would happen hopefully it's just a stuck lifter.

    • @MNMoparMinivan
      @MNMoparMinivan  2 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @peachyclean93 I'm not a huge fan of any flushing on the transmissions. I'd rather drop the pan twice than accidentally stir something up.
      As for the motor, I put some seafoam in the initial oil change.

    • @peachyclean93
      @peachyclean93 2 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@MNMoparMinivanI've been doing it for 18 years has never let me down my sister's Voyager was acting up and that's all they kept doing is dropping the pan and refilling and nothing worked until I did it I'm not going to stop doing it 🤣🤣 as for the engine I would put repair and protecting it as soon as possible

    That radio add say I could get a car for a hundred dollars down? Now that’s got to be a shady dealer. Love the van, I have 2006 Caravan that was converted to rear load wheel chair van I use as a hauler. Only thing I wish for is lower driver seat or taller door opening, hit my (ear every last time I get in. Thanks for an enjoyable video.

      Yeah right. Evidence shows the rotors were new in 06 so shame on me for reusing good parts. You're allowed to reuse, and even turn rotors if within spec believe it or not.

      @TFD1982 2 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@MNMoparMinivan I’m honestly shocked they even came around I’d have at least turned them but they seem good so far from the past couple of videos so you might have gotten away with it.

    • @MNMoparMinivan
      @MNMoparMinivan  2 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      @TFD1982 lol people are too picky about rotors. I'm not sure who started the whole "YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THEM OR YOU DIE" crap.
      The worst that happens if you reuse a rotor is it's either out of spec or warped and causes a bit of a pedal shake... even then they still will function normally...
      I reuse rotors about 50% of the time and only recall having an issue once.

    • @TFD1982
      @TFD1982 2 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @ yep even brand new ones I got for my little Aveo ended up warping had to go with higher quality pads/rotors even the used rotors I resurfaced in my 94 warped haha I’m probably just hard on my brakes 😂
