I'm gonna be honest, I'm more interested in the party/target Portraits. Is that from MaUI? Is there a way to import JUST the portraits? xD

Yes - get the addon mMediaTag & Tools (requires ElvUI), and then go into the addon in game and turn on portraits! mMediaTag > Cosmetic > Portraits
