    At WGU (Western Governors University), you can go from no degree of any kind, unlicensed, to full RN License and have a Bachelor's in Nursing in just two years! WGU allows complete acceleration of all classes up until the Nursing School portion of the degree, which I explain in the video and spreadsheet. Simply transfer in the credits from ACE Credit platforms, and you'll be well on the road to your RN License, WGU BSN degree, and a high six figure salary! RN's with a BSN in California make around $100,000 starting, seasoned RN's make over $200,000, and Travel RN's make over $300,000 if you factor in stipend depending on the agency, type of work, and need.
    WGU is the only school in the nation where you can accelerate your pre req's in a matter of months. WGU also has some terrific FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) Programs if you want to become an NP after you get your RN License and BSN degree.

    I moved to attend my LPN program. I was ready to move anyway. Illinois programs are very expensive and moving allowed me to save completely on my program. My program was $6000 but I ended up getting everything covered because I found a grant. Mind you I have a degree already (2 to be exact) and I no longer qualify for financial aid. It was a blessing. Just do your research! I am definitely attending WGU. Studying for the HESI now and then I will finish up prerequisites. I plan to start once accepted in September or October if possible.

    The 12 credits that they require have to be done in a six month term. Once your nursing term start date is set you cannot change it to sooner, even if you accelerate those last 12 credits. So really the program is two and a half years. I’m currently in the program and 100% recommend it.

    Is there a way I can do this with Rn to BSN Program? wgu isn’t offered in my state for pre-nursing. So I’m considering going to community college to get my RN license and transfer to WGU. I’m looking for the fastest track possible taking this route. Do you have any advice or tips?

    • @alexsheppe
      @alexsheppe  16 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The RN to BSN won't have many credits you can transfer but you can accelerate the degree and do classes at your own pace.

    I have an LPN and am interested in the WGU Pre-Licensure Nursing Program and would love a fast-track plan. I went to your website. Are you aware if I would have to start from ground zero of if WGU will accept credits from my LPN program? Please help😩

      @MsTolatola If you are starting from complete scratch, no pre-reqs, using study.com and other ace credit providers, transferring them to WGU, doing their pre licensing RN Nursing program, would be the fastest way to do it in the entire country. All in all probably 2 years and 2-3 months.
