I wanted to ask him, but couldn't message him about how to talk with someone into African spirituality. My dad has seen the light with christianity, but He went to another extreme🤦♀️. Alhamdulilah my grandfather wants to speak with me about Islam. May Allah open his heart, and help me to say the right words Ameen.

usually people who have a lot of sabr like that do a lot of tahajjud & zikr. because if you don't have the sabr to do tahajjud & zikr, you are not going to get sabr at a high level. Allahualam.
