Mumbo, on the side of the river with the factory you should add stumps/dead trees/trees that were pushed over of the trees from Fontainebleau. And maybe even some boulders to make it seem like a more cohesive and natural environment.
for the ground by the factory, you can probably use dead coral, acacia pressure plates, and acacia and stone (for pebbles) buttons for extra texture and detail

I was watching Impulse's stream and he was streaming during the Mumbo's butlering duty in the pyramid. It was a lot longer in the stream than what Mumbo added to this video.

My cat has discovered a hilarious way to watch this: at 22:00 change the speed to 0.6x, and you get DRUNK! Butler Mumbo trying to come up with ways to compliment Skizz. Everyone else's natural cadence is just fast enough that it really only noticeably affects him.

I remember about season 6 or 7 the server was a little more tightly organised and more people did it, but with lots of people busy or doing other projects upcoming to the holidays, its seemed this year it was only Jev and a few others who took part, so happy he gave out the remainder of people who werent picked so they didnt feel left out. Mumbo, you should place a small building in close proximity to the factory. It doesn't matter what the building serves as, but it would make the factory look even bigger which is always more intimidating against the angle of the quaint town.

MUMBO, I am loving the base and every new addition you make just makes it better and better each episode! I think it would be funny if you had another storage container that’s halfway fallen into the water next to the others at 20:21 OR if you dug down in the river under the dead fish and put one on its side, halfway buried underwater. It might be a bit tricky bc the river is a thin but if you wanted to do it, you could bring the terraforming in a little.
My favourite part of the creative process: 5:55. When you just get hit with a solution/idea in your ramblings about said idea. Either by just looking or just saying it out loud.

Small suggestion for the logos on the shipping containers, for 1 or 2 of them, use the pale wood as it will make it look more aged. I think it would work well on the blue one, you could even try to add a bit of rust by using the weathered copper block or something along those lines.

Wow the addition of the waste land around the factory has really brought everything together. Makes the factory feel like it's part of the world more and has influence. I'm pleasantly surprised by how your building style has evolved this season. Even if you're taking a lot of inspiration from other builders, you're doing a good job at blending their different techniques together, and there's plenty of times where you diverge and do your own thing to to have the build fit more with your vision. Plus I've noticed how you have a much better idea of what to do before working on a new segment and your own personal style is developing well for sure. Also loved the court case last episode lol, certainly a different kind of video and nicely edited. Good job Mumbo, love your stuff :)

19:16 that orange container looks so precarious, especially with how much taller than wide the containers are. It looks like it is just balancing up there on that curved roof, ready to slip off at any moment
I noticed that the 'polluted' ground goes wider towards the waterfront, which looks strange at first. However, from an engineering perspective it's quite logical, since the pollution is spread by the groundwater, which flows to the lowest point, which in this case would be the river. the shipping containers just seem out of place, since the area just looks more like a forgotten field where people dump their garbage.
This is by far the best most diverse season of germitcraft I’ve ever seen, I mean you mention it in the video but when I first started watching was the end of season 5 and seeing the development of you and all the other hermits ESPECIALLY you, unparalleled. The builds, stories, the general lineup of hermits, the permits, the court it’s all so much and it works so well. S10 >
Concrete powder adds the same color but has more of a textured surface, good for paths and dirt. Add rooted dirt as well as course dirt. And, try gray and light gray terracotta as well as stripped dark oak might also work to add different textures and shades.
17:24 apparently yes. I was working on a resource pack, and noticed that there are a couple of stray pixels in there. Now I can't decide whether to call that lazy, or over-complicated. On one hand, it's just a rotated texture, on the other hand, those extra pixels are more effort than what the task demands.
Random ideas: Broken pathway leading up to the entryway? Some evidence of foot traffic. Mossy cobble? Waxed oxidized copper? Maybe look at photos of old factory buildings to help inspire you. Glass, white, white glass, white blocks. If you wanted to imply smoke from your chimneys.

Mumbo, you should place a small building in close proximity to the factory. It doesn't matter what the building serves as, but it would make the factory look even bigger which is always more intimidating against the angle of the quaint town.

Mumbo, I just want to say, I've REALLY enjoyed watching you build this season. I remember when you didn't consider yourself a builder, and now you're designing SO MUCH yourself, and not being afraid to explore. The different hacks you've shared with your creative process have really helped me develop mine. It's almost like a validation for me to keep creating.

I think it would be funny if you had another storage container that’s halfway fallen into the water next to the others at 20:21 OR if you dug down in the river under the dead fish and put one on its side, halfway buried underwater. It might be a bit tricky bc the river is a thin but if you wanted to do it, you could bring the terraforming in a little.

Small suggestion for the logos on the shipping containers, for 1 or 2 of them, use the pale wood as it will make it look more aged. I think it would work well on the blue one, you could even try to add a bit of rust by using the weathered copper block or something along those lines.

Wow the addition of the waste land around the factory has really brought everything together. Makes the factory feel like it's part of the world more and has influence.
I'm pleasantly surprised by how your building style has evolved this season. Even if you're taking a lot of inspiration from other builders, you're doing a good job at blending their different techniques together, and there's plenty of times where you diverge and do your own thing to to have the build fit more with your vision. Plus I've noticed how you have a much better idea of what to do before working on a new segment and your own personal style is developing well for sure. Also loved the court case last episode lol, certainly a different kind of video and nicely edited.

I noticed that the 'polluted' ground goes wider towards the waterfront, which looks strange at first. However, from an engineering perspective it's quite logical, since the pollution is spread by the groundwater, which flows to the lowest point, which in this case would be the river.
the shipping containers just seem out of place, since the area just looks more like a forgotten field where people dump their garbage.
This is by far the best most diverse season of germitcraft I’ve ever seen, I mean you mention it in the video but when I first started watching was the end of season 5 and seeing the development of you and all the other hermits ESPECIALLY you, unparalleled. Concrete powder adds the same color but has more of a textured surface, good for paths and dirt. Add rooted dirt as well as course dirt. And, try gray and light gray terracotta as well as stripped dark oak might also work to add different textures and shades.

17:24 apparently yes. I was working on a resource pack, and noticed that there are a couple of stray pixels in there. Now I can't decide whether to call that lazy, or over-complicated. On one hand, it's just a rotated texture, on the other hand, those extra pixels are more effort than what the task demands.
