This is definitely the most thorough video I have seen on falling! 🔥🔥I didn't think there was a reason to learn the straight front and back rolls but I can see how they would be helpful. 👍👍 Also I have never seen break fall tutorials. I'll definitely work on those! 😎😎 Interestingly enough, pigmie just released a video on falling also, but I learned all his techniques in 5 minutes...😂 (because I focused... 😂)

It's actually pretty comfy if you do it right. I'm not being sarcastic. Make that nice triangle and keep your head tucked. But that's why I say practice it on soft stuff. This is a "use it if you need it" although sometimes people will combo it 🤣
