    Quick question: When you are starting a set should you start with a low weight, then move it more and more by each next set?

      Yeah do a warmup set with a light weight then go up each set after that

    How do you feel about like doing slow bicep reps vs regular; like going slowly up with the dumbbell and slowly down.

      I think that’s great I typically do those on my light day because it’s better time under tension and you also get better contraction that way
