great commentary....and also great couple! (cat too!) Your commentary on why Hank threw the grill was spot on and beautifully articulated. Funniest moment? When Krysten Ritter shows up, you both say.... "Oh. it's.....her!" 😂 See you on the next episode, and Happy New Year!! (and thanks!) ps seriously, you guys are a great couple. I love the way you guys just simply look at each other while the other one is talking. it's an honest, unforced look of genuine interest and respect and affection and friendship. I saw a couple do a few episodes of BB and one was so snippy, dismissive and condescending to their mate that I unsubscribed, it was real annoying and also embarrassing. You guys are the complete opposite, a total joy to spend time with, revisiting this series, seeing what you think of it. Can't wait for the next one!
Walt is definitely tempting evil at this point, I don't know why I can't help but root for him.. maybe I am wanting some sort of way for him to redeem himself.. also maybe a part of me has a kindred spirit with him in terms of how he breaks free from societal norms... who knows? he definitely is a very interesting character, Vince Gilligan certainly knew what he was doing when he created this absolute masterpiece
Hank must have over filled the bottles, he didn't leave enough headspace and built up to much pressure. Thats why your beer bottle you buy in the store are never completely full
During the bottling process of home brewing beer. You add a sugar reactifying the yeast to provide carbonation of the beer. Could be added to much or could be the temperature of the room was to high or the capper was low quality and not properly sealed. I think since its Albuquerque its high temperature.
yeah thats what i always assumed. Hank was too stressed and too in his own head and ended up adding too many ingredients that caused the carbonation, or it was improperly sealed (since we got the scene of him breaking the bottle with the sealer i assume this one is it).
always nice to have a reactor realize its not a heart attack and its an anxiety attack/panic attack. shit sucks and i would never wish it on someone. Edit: and to be fair, plasma tvs were the fucking bomb. issue is they got image burn waaaaaaaaay to easily.
Dang I wish you guys did two episodes in one video lol I have seen all of this like ten times at least but it's fun to watch other people watch and react to this show
@@im-gi2pg Would Elliot and Gretchen even do the shopping with their wealth? I doubt they would eat much at home for a start it would be fancy restaurants, dinner parties and whatever entertainment they enjoy most evenings. They could pay somebody to fill the fridge and cupboards with snacks/light meals. My understanding is anybody that has money is rarely home anyway.
@@Dave-jm3zfyeah Gretchen and Elliot are literal billionaires, no way are they shopping for their own food that will probably not be eaten anyway, usually falls to the responsibility of the chef to stock the ingredients for fresh meals and other staff to stock snacks, drinks, quick meals if they were to ever get any, etc. The odds of them even buying their own clothes in person is like 50/50, in real life they would not be the kind of couple to be buying any of their own everyday items, However as we see later on in the show, at least one of their homes (the one near the finale) seems totally absent of staff, granted it’s later at night but they didn’t even seem to have onsite security, so my assumption is maybe they don’t have staff do it or at least they were all on vacation or something, we see staff at the party in season 1 but they may have just been hired in for the party, who knows really?
@@princesskaraplays905 "However as we see later on in the show, at least one of their homes (the one near the finale) seems totally absent of staff, granted it’s later at night but they didn’t even seem to have onsite security, " Now that you mentioned it yeah this part never made sense to me, Walt was pretty much a stranger to them at this point but at the same time on the run with every possibility he could come to their house. He would not have known where the cameras were, any security codes for gates/doors or details of security staff. Therefore there must have been zero security which does not seem feasible at all. That house would have cameras, alarms and as you said personal security staff is not out of the realm of possibility. There is no way Walter could just walk into that house. I have been itching to get that off my chest for a while lol.
@@Dave-jm3zf well, presumably it was a newer place so it may be that they didn't have all that setup. It was also set back in like 2008?ish right so that stuff wasn't as common or popular.
I think it's important to know.... All the characters do wrong ...and all have positive attributes too. None are all evil ...or good. (Like in real life). Great 3 dimensional characters!
The sad thing about healthcare and insurance is that it's actually a "racket". The chance that any of us will get something like cancer and/or a form of dementia is pretty good & for some reason, it's only cripplingly expensive in America.

Too much priming sugar. That is why they bottles exploded. Your need to add sugar to the homebrew to carbonate the beer but too much will explode the bottles.
About the comment that Skyer could run into Gretchen...(this is not a spoiler) but we find out Gretchen and Elliot live in Santa Fe. They own many homes, I think.
Hank bottled the beer too soon. It wasn’t done batch fermenting and the extra sugar in the bottles made them explode. I guess he rushed it because he wanted an excuse to take a day off.

Season 1 was cut short by the Actor's strike. It's a good thing, or Jesse Pinkman would've died, and Aaron Paul's 3 Emmy wins would be erased from history.
Seasons one and two focus mostly on the family. Things get really heated in season three. Lots of new characters. You guys are in for an absolute treat. Enjoy the ride
Nice reaction guys. But don't get me wrong, some of your interpretations of stuff that's happening... there's a certain naivety 😉 like about the whole drug business and all the things that's tied to it. don't worry tho, it's fine. You'll learn more along the way 😉😅

Hank has PTSD from his gunfight with Tuco, it was the first time he ever shot and killed a suspect.
