To Mr. Bersamin, if this is not an armed attack, ax, knives are deadly weapons and the show of hostility towards our philippine navy personnel. In law enforcement we consider as escalation of deadly force.
Please complete your information both side. Did you know, that our side was sending a Philippine Navy that may triggers war, and they brought weapons, which at the end confiscated by Chinese Coast Guard. Shameful!

Misunderstanding or accident daw, the Chinese could not be any clearer.
PCO should have prevented the portion of news video that showed to the public ES laughing over a serious matter. PCO must supervise public coverages especially with regard to how key officials are presented or perceived! ES looked silly in the discussion of a critical issue.
if that is the case, palagi nalang gagawin yan ng mga Chinese kasi walang action ang Gov't sa Pinas!
Senate may legislate on this, especially encounters with China PCG navy militias etc... emrgency responses should be quicker 12 hours unacceptable

Iyak na na lang tayo , dahil kasalanan nyo sana may automatic kayong order on that situation alam nyo na matagal na binobomba tayo ng tubig ngayon hinaharas, dapat may order kayo na gamitin ng mga sundalo mo mga armas nila para kang hindi sundalo, kaya iyak na lang , nakikita naman ninyo sa video ano pa aalamin. May mali sa trabaho ng kasundaluhan dahil yong palag nyo para mag pabugbog hindi para dumepensa.dapat may napatay na kayo doon kahit tatlong Chinese. Bayad na buhay nyo natatakot pa kayo. Iyak na lang tayo. At magpahinog.
