One victim a 3-year-old child, Myka Ulpina, was killed in a police operation in Rizal province. Instead of apologizing for the tragedy for the 3 year old child after the police mishandled the situation since the child’s father made her as a human shield, then PNP Chief Bato said and I quote….”Sh**t happens!”
All these were victims from an official directive from Duterte himself to shoot first since he himself does not care about human rights! Let’s never forget this tragedy to give peace and closure for these children’s souls.
