- Happy Easter everyone! Kitty Rose the cat supervised and quality controlled the food being served, whilst Freddo and Rosco ushered each dog in for a roast chicken lunch at the table to celebrate Easter this weekend. There's a new member in our pack her name is Tina the wild born Dingo. Tina like Cruiser, is a little shy about most things at the moment and will be for a while but she is a sweet little girl and we're excited to have her join our pack.

For those asking about Tina. She's been at the farm for about 2 weeks. Sam and Luke got her from a rescue to give Cruiser some dingo company. Liking, subscribing and watching the videos are a great way to support the farm. For those that don't know the farm has a behind the scenes membership. It's under 10 bucks to get access to more videos. They also have different levels of support that include a training academy section that teaches you how to train dogs like Luke does. 😊😊😊😊

Thank you to the Evan’s family for bringing a little smile to my face. I lost my beautiful boxer Buzz Monday this week and to say we are devastated is an understatement. He was only 9, he had a football size mass in his abdomen and despite the vet’s best effort was unable to save him. He has left a huge paw print on our hearts, and we miss him dreadfully. Thank you once again. And happy Easter everyone 🐣❤🇬🇧🤗

@@susanbeaulieu8417 The others beside Barney were Faith, who was Hope's Mum and came to the Farm at the same time. She passed from a very aggressive form of cancer 6 months after arriving. At the time both Faith and Hope were healing from terrible abuse suffered before arriving, and potential adopters were being screened. However, after the cancer diagnosis, Luke and Sam adopted Faith so she could spend her final days being loved and cared for as long as possible. Hope was adopted shortly after as she had bonded with many of the dogs, and still had some recovering to do as well. The puppy at the far left was known as Mr. Yellow, who along with around 50 other puppies came to the Farm during Covid. When shutdown happened, the government put legislation in effect reducing the amount of time puppies could stay in shelters. Luke and Sam took all these puppies in, housed and fed them, and gave them basic training to make them more adoptable. Mr. Yellow had been born with an inoperable liver shunt, which became very painful and would not allow him to live much longer, and unfortunately had to be put to sleep. As with all things in life, there is great joy, and unfortunately, great sorrow as well. These days I spend my time celebrating even the tiniest steps in recovery these remarkable dogs make along with everyone else in The Farm community.

I like how the dogs don't really understand the concept of my plate, your plate, they'll eat the one in front of them (with a couple of exceptions, looking at you Abra and Roscoe) cause its convenient til its gone but after that all food, no matter where it is, becomes communal food. Welcome Tina!
