- Our family would like to wish you all a very Happy Easter.
We are incredibly grateful for the family that we have. Each individual that has come into our lives is important and brings more love and joy. How blessed we feel.
To you our extended family. What do I say? Haven’t we been through a lot together over the years? We sure feel like it’s something special.
You have been there for us every step of the way. The words you share, the personal letters you write, the hardships you have trusted us with, the support you have given so freely and the heartfelt care packages. To know, because you want us to, that our family have helped you through some dark times means so much. What a gift to give to us.
This Easter we are feeling especially grateful for each other. Each and every other, two and four legged.

Dear Shadow, with all the neglect and trauma you survived and how hard you worked to be a good girl, I am so grateful that you are able to enjoy living at the farm with your beautiful daughters and the rest of your loving family. ❤

And I am grateful to my friend, Jody, who told me about Doggie Daycare Farm Trips in 2020 as we were slogging through a worldwide pandemic. The joy, laughter, tears, and education I have experienced with your family, is quite remarkable. This is one of the best uses of social media. Thank you, and Happy Easter to the Evans family: humans, canines, cats, horses, goats, birds, kangaroos, Wolf spiders, extended family, Dylan, Maxine.... and Nevaeh, Chance, and their family. And in case Bandit's mom is reading this, Happy Easter to you and I hope Bandit is doing well.
The older I get the more I understand what true happiness is. The unconditional love of my four legged family and the joy I get from having other furry babies join us as their humans go on their vacations. To sit on the couch with doggies of all sizes snuggled up against me, trusting me, adoring me is absolute heaven. Then we watch 'The Farm' together, with the dogs sitting at attention and joining in with barks, happy howls, and doggy stomps. I am so lucky to have this life as I wrap up my golden years. And to have a family clear around on the other side of the world who shares their doggy (and now cat) heaven with me is the very best gift I've been given. Also, nothing is better than to read all the great comments and to know I have hundreds of unknown like minded "friends" all over the world. So blessed!

The german shepherd trio have such elegant dining manners :) Diesel was surprisingly careful as well and so glad to see him and Cruiser doing some inside dining! Did anyone eat their carrots? 🤣
The staffy sisters, I think, were the only ones.
Not many carrots eaten at all 🤔 they are my beagles favourite food 🥕 🐶
My border collie mix, who's gone now, loved carrots. I would give her baby carrots as rewards and treats!

Holy cramoli! Those Staffy sisters made short work of that salmon! And although I can't be 💯% sure of this, I suspect that Chopper says a massive thank you to Tank everyday for pancaking on that pavement that ensured them a spot at the farm. After been snaped at by a Shepherd at a young age, I was always afraid of them. The triplets have cured me of that emotion ...I love the kids, Rosie, Banjo and Matilda...I love all the dogs and cats, all creatures Great and Small....bless, Happy Easter every one......

I love that Luke gets to apply his 'actoring' skills. He is a born ham. And Sam's creative art poduciton. I can just see the big boxes marked EASTER. To see in a short time, Cruiser going from cornered animal to having a seat at the table is what I'm grateful for.
