My German Shepherd met tiny kittens for the first time in his life and got completely intimidated! His reaction was hilarious! Where else will you see a gentle giant get so intimidated by tiny kittens?

Mama cat is so trusting of her pup brother. She is sleeping while one of her babies toddles over to her new Dog Uncle and they meet. Mama never stirs because she knows her baby is safe with him. ❤

Not just scared, but probably a bit jealous at least initially as well. Dogs have to constantly worry about having to update the hierarchy as humans act on their whims.
He can tell they have special powers! He’s just concerned they may suddenly use them on him. What he doesn’t know is that they have already used them on his heart. He’ll figure it out though. Ha!
Dogs have an instinct that has served them well. They know that where there are kittens is a good place not to be because a mother cat may think you are a threat to the kittens are arrive suddenly in "wrong end of chainsaw mode". It is better to keep your distance.

I would feel so anxious about a German shepherd that close to these tiny babies. I had the sweetest shep accidentally hurt one some years back and it didn't end well. He had no mean intentions but just didn't understand he was nudging too roughly. Tiger is so super sweet, clearly protecting them and it's so precious
