I have never expected that an Indian will be that good with calisthenics. In my personal opinion your explanation and techniques are better than Chish Heria or any other foreigner athlete. Please continue for more advance techniques like planche push ups. Waiting eagerly for your next videos.
You are a great teacher,,, I have a question is that , my body weight is 85 , I can 20 to 25 push ups easily and can do hollow body about 1 to 1.5 mins , but I cant do handstand against the wall ,,, any solution????
