The tournament was a success in my opinion.
It was a lot of fun to watch and some games got so intense and i loved it.
Also when it became more than just about tournament and more about everyone rooting for determination, it was alot of fun

Hey baumi. Idea for the tournament:
The same principle as last time but every time you win agains someone you get one random (non ulti) additional skill from the defeated hero. And that additional ability obviously gets changed after you kill the next enemy. Idk in my head it sounds like fun
A 30 player battle royale would be cool to watch
I think some pc will go explodes if there is 30 player battle royale :")

One change I'd like for the tournament would be to introduce creep waves into the mod.
For heroes like Axe, Undying, Riki, and PA it's a big deal just to have units scattered around the map even if they don't need to farm.

How about the tournament but you steal ability from the hero you defeated (Be it last round only and exchange it when you win again) or you keep adding new ones as you progress, though it would get overwhelming? Probably having it on rotation would be better, but you cannot change it once you chosen one
Baumi can you do a bear start with max attrib skills? Like Bear, flesh heap agi,int,str, then golem and something like essence shift or silencer glaive?

I'm having the autoattack issue. Match starts, open options, check something else, check autoattack again. Seems to work!
1v1 but you get an extra non-ultimate ability sounds fun. You could even make it so that they have to chose from their opponents abilities or just do both ideas separately for extra content.

1v1 with limited gold (10k?) adds a bit more strategy in rather than going all out

OK, mabye this is a bad idea. But what about a farming tournament? Make a map with a lot of creeps and have a race to a certain networth.

wigal3.0 with dota but where you could record stuff and then play it. What was it, dota2 but you record a video? Would be incredibly interesting to see s t r a t s.
Also, for bo3 with lvl 10, 15, 25 of something you can watch versuta's 'inequal brawl' (неравная битва for search) for some experience
I would love to see the same tournament, just remove Lothar... almost everybody had it and after while it just stops being funny. Heroes with invis, fine... you need to counter them with some vision... but Lothar on everybody? Cmon... thats just lame.
Or dont remove only Lothar - remove top10 most purchased items... just to see how it change without invis, aeon disk, hex, bkb...
Or, completly diferent idea, do it like pokemons battle - give each player 3 "pokemons"... it will be Bo3 but diferent heroes every time (they can only use hero once and they dont see what have oponet choosen before the duel starts).

I have a big request after watching you for 5 years-- or a lot. You usually do it. But when you buy an item, can you then hover over for just 1/2 a second, so i can stop video and read the description, dont need to be ore i can just rewind video. I usually have dota2.gamepedia open and find it myself if you dont (i am one of those who dont play anylonger). and in the smaller games its harder to find stats. Love your content
I feel like WIGAL30 with 2v2 and any two heroes is too much variability. With 2 of the same hero though it could be very interesting, since rather than trying to come up with some meta of support+carry it's more that two people get to play a particular hero. Plus, it's not something you see in regular dota.
It'd probably make Void even more busted, though.
