    Thank you so much for posting this!! Opening up and letting the air out of the diverter valves was what worked for me on our 2020 Hydropool 770 Platinum, thanks again!!!

    I bought a second hand allegedly 12 months old hot tub which we have subsequently found out that we filled it wrongly by not putting the water in via the filter hole, we put the water in to the main tub.
    It worked well for 3 weeks until last weekend showing no sign of any problems then when we tried to use it and put on the pump we had Had the notice 'FLO' come up. Enquired via google and it took me to your video suggesting it may be an airlock.
    Have followed the recommended procedures and the pump does start up but not in the higher second phase.
    Question.
    If it is not an airlock, what else is it likely to be ?
    It is an Platinum ,Trident SR 816C

      Hi Derick, you will mostly likely need a service call as it could be an issue with your pump! I hope that helps
