I saw someone post on reddit that they were able to get this at level 1, so you should be able to! I haven't personally tested it myself however.

i did this solo at 38, mend pet rank 4 at lvl 36 and viper aspect is all you need. infinite pet heals

nope but bring bandages and heal pots, keep ur distance or the shadow bolts will hit u@@TheRandRPodcast

​​@@TheRandRPodcast Groups help. I tried this solo and i would serpent sting, heal pet, fire trap heal pet, and repeat. 3 mins later when hes at 10% an ally came and killed me. If i stop healing pet to do damage he dies

With a group yes it should be possible, according to reddit there is no level requirement
