Primitive Drawing drops from many more mob types not only ogres. If the ogres are overfarmed, you can also kill some Bonesnappers between the camps.

Go survival. Spam raptorstrike and flanking strike. Carve for aoe. Pet buff in groups and lonewolf when u really wanna pump solo

What Lvl is required to get Melee Specialist and Dual Wield Specialisation?

No level requirements. Dual wield you just a need flare. Doesn’t have to be your flare.
Melee spec is the dark horseman quest line, there are summoning services that do it for 20-30g
