  • ማር ብዙውን ጊዜ ከተጣራ ስኳር ጋር ጤናማ አማራጭ እንደሆነ ተደርጎ የሚታየው ተፈጥሯዊ ጣፋጭ ነገር ነው። ይሁን እንጂ ማር አሁንም የስኳር አይነት እንደሆነና በደም ውስጥ ያለውን የስኳር መጠን ሊነካ እንደሚችል ልብ ማለት ያስፈልጋል።
    ማር አንዳንድ ጠቃሚ ውህዶችና ንጥረ ነገሮችን የያዘ ቢሆንም የስኳር በሽታ ያለባቸው ሰዎች በደም ግሉኮስ መጠን ላይ የሚያሳድረውን ተጽዕኖ ግምት ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል።

    Thank you for your valuable inputs. You encourage we make decision but give us the most valuable information. I have a question, after eating small quantity of food and go out for work I face repeatedly hunger/empty stomach and same time sweating on my back head and neck (ማጅራት). Sometimes I measure at near by clinic random glucose. I find if Always below 100. I usually forget until I face the feeling. If you have comment please appreciated.

      You welcome. It sometimes happen when we eat mostly Simple carbs. Try to include some protein with each meal like meat, chicken, Chickpea ( shimbera), lentil ( Miser). More over, eat lots of vegetables that will keep you full and prevent low blood sugar. It is happening frequently talk to your doctor so they can reduce your medication dose. Take care

      This is very important question because weight plays a very important role on your survival. I had the same issue two years ago; with a BMI 17. Now my BMI is 22 which is within the normal range-[18,25] for adult men.
      Eating more carbs such as nuts as part of your snacks may help to bring your weight to normal range.

      አሜን፥ አሁንም ይበርቱ። ጥያቆዎን ለመመለስ። ማር ለጉበት ህመም በጣም ጠቃሚ ከሆኑት ምግቦች አንዱ ነው፡ በሳምንት 3-5 ጊዜ 1 የሻይ ማንኪያ ቢወሰድ ለውጥ ማየት ይቻላል። ነገር ግን የስዃር ህመምተኛ ከሆኑ ስዃሮት ከፍ እንዳይል ሌላ ምግቦች ላይ በጣም ጥንቃቄ ያድርጉ
