  • This video is intended to maximize use of your time on water when learning to foil in your first lesson. We will go through our progression training that helps you to transition from prone to standing on the efoil, and then to ride on the foil.
Our priorities on the day of your lesson are: (1) safety, and (2) fun. By following the steps that we teach you in this video, we can ensure both of these. Foiling follows easily if you can perform each step in this progression training.
All of our lessons at Hawaii Efoil Experience is a private group or single lesson. This means that you are paired with an instructor, and you will only be with people in your group. This ensures high quality instruction, and personal safety.
We look forward to meeting you at your lesson. Aloha

I crashed 38 times in my first lesson with no ground training. But your instruction gives me hope. Now I know how to turn and hopefully catch by balance. You are the best teacher I've found on youtube. Thanks Bro!

We go through this will every student that visits us. We are considering an online course. Would you sign up for such a course? Would you pay a small subscription fee to have us work with you through the year to get you up and riding smoothly? Let us know how we can help you (and many others) learn to efoil better. Mahalo.

Great video! Where did you get the training mat/towel?

Thanks for the compliment. I designed the mat myself and have it available on our website. Hope this helps. hawaiiefoilexperience.com/collections/merchandise/products/foam-yoga-mat

Why is it bluetooth in every efoil? Why not radio, like in one and only Takuma Carver 1 & 2.

Good question. I leave the engineering to the engineers, and the surfing to the surfers.
