The first two machines discussed and pictured are NOT smith machines. I hate it when the term smith machine is used incorrectly to describe a power rack or cage. Amazon and Walmart are both guilty of this too. The others you list ARE smith machines. Your video adds to this confusion. A smith machine has a bar gliding up and down so it is balanced for you. Squat racks, squat stands, half rack, power rack aka cage require you to balance the bar yourself and simply provide a place to rest the bar when not in use.

What smith machine should I buy? I wanna get one for my home because it’s so versatile!

"Hate" even... that's goes a long way for such a non important issue, but you're right on the ambiguous use of both words. Maybe shops mis-use both deliberately to maximise their target group for sales. Happy 2024 ;)

The FT2 inspire is not a real smith machine. As a cable machine its great. The smith bar does not have a proper stoper. You cannot position the bumpper on a lower level and start the bar higher up. The bumper travels with the bar and when you want to finish the exerice you need to swist the bar and lock. Not an easy motion to do under load. 1 out of 10 from me...I only use the bar for buligarian lunges to rest my legs and for calf work. Doing calfs you can position the bar at a high level and go from there upwords with no need to detach the bumper.
