Awesome setup, like the extra protection on the hoses. All ran nice and clean.

Very good video. I looked at a Kubota L6060 today, and decided to plumb it as you have. You've saved me research on the fitting sizes, and I appreciate the recommendations.

Great video and explanation on what you did for plumbing and for the use cases. What you described about clearing blackberry bushes is so true. I am new to tractor work and do some side work with mine. One job was a land clearing job for an old family friend. It was a lot of blackberry bushes and your right. You just can’t cut those well with a traditional bush hog. Also you don’t know what’s under them like stumps and anything else. So I ended up using the grapple method and “scooping” them out with it which worked great but leaves the person with piles of stuff that has to be burned. She was ok with it as I was giving her a great deal and learning as I went. I’ve had my eye on a lane shark for when I buy my larger property.

Very nice! Couldn’t you just use the bush hog and back into these blackberries? But I agree that having a mower on the front loader is very useful especially for trimming the edges of field.

Nice install and nice mower, looks like it really does the job on that brush!

Finally a good video of this thing how I would use it!! I just want a front mount brush cutter for small/light brush. Every video I watch is it cutting sideways and cutting tree limbs. Thanks!!

Do you have any problem with foaming back in rear end?

I have an LS-3 on a JD 3 series. Had it installed at dealership as part of a package deal. One caution, the excess hose that goes/comes from the motor needs to be secured as the loop[visible in your walk around at 16:08 can be pulled into the blade if a limb gets hold of it(I found out the hard way 😲😢) The whips need to be that long for the offset and vertical, but just tucking them in might not be good enough, certainly wasn't in my case. I must say I like the through the loader arm tube feature for your hoses.
It it amazing what it will cut, even though it bogs down much quicker than a PTO mower, but it will reach where the pto cutter cannot, like over ditches or berms. I will try to post a video on mine soon.
Good job on the video and install.

Aaaag, I guess I spoke too soon! Was really cutting with the offset position, when I managed to run over the return hose and got a hydraulic oil shower.😬 Was able to shut dowm before losing much fluid, but now need ANOTHER whip and some serious zip ties!

@@williamgaines9784 I used some bungee cord to tie them up so that it still moves with the loader and I can unhook them for the offset position.

@@grandladventures573 Great. Will have to figure out something. Going to use some 2" Velcro strapping in a couple of spots and see how that does. Thanks for the reply and all the best with your tractoring.

Have you had any problem with fluid foaming in tank with return running in top of rear end?

Hello, interested in how you wired your emergency kill switch on the 3rd function. Do you have a diagram or video. Thanks
