It is indeed an awesome place, however being a resident from Nanyuki, I think your prices for half an acre is too pricy as compared to other 1/2 an acre plots are being sold for close to Jua Kali. I think you need to review the prices. Meaning a 1/4 of an acre goes for 2.95M?, in Nanyuki?? Kindly review though the place is indeed a magnificent place but kindly review.

You will find that after comparing like properties such as Maiyan and Ol Saruni which are located even further from Jua Kali than we are, our prices for fully serviced half-acre lots is much cheaper than others. Almost by half in some cases. Not all lands are made/developed equal. Compare apples 🍎 to apples 🍎 and not oranges. 😊
