I spotted the double quiver set up when at the expo in Chamonix this year. Being a tight Scottish Accountant, I just added one Instinct quiver to my Salomon pack which already had a Salomon quiver. Having the pack balance made a big difference. 👍👍👍
Side storage for every decent vest is sine qua non. Sizes are a must, too. Price for this vest is already high, gets a lot higher with dual quiver. Also 12L is always better than 10L. I'll stick to my Adv Skin 12 and my inglorious back up. Thanks for the review, dear Loyd. I always enjoy your detailed presentations for new products, whether I'm going to like and buy them or not.
Great review Loyd! I reviewed this pack last year just after it was released. Looks like there have been a few updates on the chest straps as your ones look slightly thinner than the ones on my vest. It's a quality bit of kit. Glad to hear your thoughts on the dual quiver system it's something that really interested me when I heard they were releasing them. Think that the side bungee system is a waste of storage space. Black Diamond distance 8 first gen had this, then they got rid of it for additional pockets. The Black Diamond also has integral pole storage pockets on either side of the pack. Possibly one for a future review?
I wonder if they ship to the US. I'm going to be in the market for a new vest come after New Years. Their website, I guess, isn't updated with this model being sold with the quivers. At least it doesn't for me. The quivers are sold separately.
I actually mentioned in the video that the instinct brand has just launched in the US. Also the vest and dual quiver are sold separately, the doesn’t come with the vest 👍
I actually talked all about this and showed me attaching the dual quiver system to my Salomon adv skin 12 in the review? Is there any point spending hours and hours making these video’s if you don’t watch them and just ask questions? 🤷♂️

Could be lighter but the x 10 is way more durable than the competition.

The Instinct belt is amazing, much deeper pocket than naked band, durable fabric, and can carry two soft flasks.

Think I'd really miss the addition of side pockets. The dual quiver is interesting but its easy enough to do that with the salomon packs

I totally agree, I’d rather have a sized vest without the side adjustment. It would make the vest even lighter and open that space for storage 👍

Holy Heck! Each quiver is €35, so €70 for a pair which is half the cost of the entire vest system. ☹️
€35 is the price for their standard quiver that takes two poles. It’s €48 for the dual quiver system 👍
