The blending of old and new roofing tiles is a very pleasing appearance and compliments the other old architecture. Very thoughtful to retain and reuse the materials.
Thank you. It’s really hard to tell the exact price because a lot of material is reused now. We know the whole budget for the building and to determine the exact cost of building a roof, we would have to carefully review (once again) the cost estimate. If we find more time maybe we are able to do it ☺️

I don’t understand this roof in 2024😢 why two types of tiles ? This roof is so complex … in the previous episodes I saw brick between rafters, I bought a stone house and I have this format also but is not the best, if you have some problems you have too breark brick, so dust… For the main house, make it simple, juste beam, rafters, bio insulation and just one type of tiles. Think simple to maintain it
