Another benefit to having brick and stone walls, is it will help keep the heat out in the summer. My basement walls are the concrete foundation for the house and there is a good 10° difference in temperature between the main floor and the basement. In fact I spend most of the summer down there! So, If you are choosing not to use air conditioning in your house, this should help.😊
Yes, we also thought it would take longer because you have to prepare stone by stone and then fit them to each other but we believe an experience is important here too
@@izoyt it depends because we found more efficient isolation which should be installed inside (we’ll show it in one of next episodes). Also due to the fact that our building is earthquake-proof it’s better to install it inside.
Sorry to hear that but it’s real time construction in progress, we want to share it with our subscribers. I guess you can come back at the end of the year for a video summarising the work. it will be more interesting for you
The stone masons are incredibly skilful.
That is true! ❤️ we couldn’t imagine better construction team for this renovation
Great work, they brought the corners up beautifully, it going to look incredible when it’s pointed 👌🏻
Looks great - definitely the darker grout.
Absolutely gorgeous.
I want these guys to build me a house in Italy
I agree with your choice of colour, looks more natural.
I agree the mortar on the left.

perfect wall.
And stone exterior indeed looks awesome.
Wow, the house is looking absolutely wonderful, great achievement.👍
The house seems to be speeding up, I thought the stonework would slow it down considerably. Love how it looks already.👍
Beautiful....
А сколько времени ушло на отделку камнем? У вас же одновременно несколько человек работало?
3 people were working on it a couple of days
Спасибо за ответ! Довольно быстро). Мне казалось, это работа на месяц

I like to mortar on the right to be honest..
Did you connect the stones with concrete or lime?
Hmm we don’t remember well because construction team was responsible for it but we believe it was concrete
no insulation?
it will be from the inside. We’re gonna show it soon
@@borgobaroti better location would be between stones and bricks.

I think 5 minutes of pumping stones was enough…because nothing happens here besides that 😢
