Last panga I was on in 76 in Baja out of Ensenada for $ 50 day for 2 all inclusive bait and cleaning. Got some great action lots of roooster fish calicos rock and bonita with some albacore. Lots of fun. You could buy a panga nice for $2500 then..new surf boards were like $ 275 for nice Jacobs
