That drawer was very hard to open (it's pulling mechanism is a bit rusty I guess). So like the child I am I keep pulling the drawer and it budges open and the perfume bottle Flys across the room and shatters. The room is then immediately filled with the scent (smells like leather (leather smells like a car) and gasoline). My dad hears the bottle smashing so he climbes up the stairs to see what's going on. So I get worried that he's gonna spank me so I then started to scoop the glass with my hands. I was crying My hands were bleeding, covered in shards of glass and perfume when my dad saw me he than ran to me and picked me up and he also smelled of the perfume he took me to the bathroom and treated my wounds. This is still one of my all time fav fragrances that I occasionally wear during the Autumn months. I think it gets a bad rep because when you smell it, you know exactly what it is which can take away from some of the enjoyment associated when you smell a fragrance coming toward you. The response is MEH but still a very unique and nice scent.
Jeremy i cant believe your saying this about Fahrenheit. Its a timeless masterpiece that on a side note gets very good reactions from the ladies. You should do another clip about Fahrenheit and do it justice. Ive tested dozens of fragrances and nothing comes even close to this.
I blind bought this and I'm not quite sure what to think just yet. It absolutely does have a note of gasoline in it from the wood and violet leaf but I think that could be really good on a guy who's more rugged, like a denim/leather jacket type guy. It can also very easily be overwhelming but in small amounts it's real nice. Also don't even think about using this any other time than fall and winter, it doesn't work in hot weather at all.
I’ve been wearing Fahrenheit since 1992. It’s my absolute favourite and my wife loves it. I wear it because it reminds me of my youth and it works well in most situations for me with my skin. I agree that it’s super unique and if you don’t already love it and have been wearing it, it’s a tough one to adopt now compared to what else is out there. I’ll keep wearing it as it’s my “signature scent” if I was to have one. My friends and family expect it on me and accept it as my scent. For a more modern scent I recommend Givenchy Gentleman Boisée or Boss Bottled. Those are two I like and will wear when I don’t have this around.
Jeremy you’re killing it with the first impressions today if I had to add it’ll be black orchid from Tom ford it’s always been you love it or hate it I want to hear your first impression
my most favorite fragrance of them all (I own 50+ bottles, Creeds, Tom Fords, Nasomattos etc included). But you're 100% right Jeremy, I agree that it isn't for everyone - and I don't mean this in a smug "fragrance connoisseur snob" sense, it really is a very specific smell, to some it may smell outdated or "old man"-ish, or maybe too rough or rugged.. I absolutely love it, to me it's timeless, I can't believe this was released in 1988. That's freaking 32 years ago!! I was 1 year old back then. I will wear this (occasionally tho, I have plenty of stuff in my rotation) until I die. To all folks, if you haven't smelled it yet, give it a go, it's a classic. You either love it or hate it, there's almost nothing in the middle.
oh and since winter is coming (at least here in Europe) - leather jacket over a hoodie over a white tee, jeans, leather boots, a nice haircut + Fahrenheit = ladies will like the smell ;)
I own more than 350 different fragrances, mostly got as gifts, still this one is my no. 1, i likes summer edition the most, its a bit "fresher" than regular one
Im a 40 ur old woman and I just purchased this for my collection, i have no intention of wearing it outside my home just for pure nostalgia.. It's not what it was in my day but as soon as I pulled the cap off and got a whiff ugghh my eyes rolled to the back of my head. Instantly transporting me back to great memories. 🤌
The thing about this master piece fragrance is that you need to know when yo wear it, if you master this point, you will get tons and tons and tons of compliments.
I'm 49 and Fahrenheit still rocks my world! It does remind me of an ex from over 20 years ago whom I really adored (we parted on good terms, nothing but good vibes for the guy). Fast forward to present day. I just purchased a bottle for my current bf, who's 27, so I'm introducing a new generation to the potency of Dior's Fahrenheit. He's definitely macho enough to pull it off and I think he'll love it. Also, he'll have to peel me off himself whenever he wears it, hahaha! It's a classic for a reason.👌
More than 20 years old. I remember this back in at least 1993. I would say it's nearer to 30 years old. My thoughts on the smell, woody and melancholic. It just evokes that word for me.
This is not a safe blind buy. Much like Kouros and Antaues. Back when I was an elementary school student, I was fortunate enough to receive Fahrenheit as a gift and I used to wear it to school in the winter days. No other student smelled as good except for the teachers. BTW, I've tried the Parfum version and it smells so good.
When i was a Child (late 80s early 90s) my Moms Signature was Fendi - Fendi and my Dads (still to this Day) Fahrenheit. Those two were a great Combination:D I bet this why i looove spicy, heavy scents today. And also, thats why i find it really weird, if another man smells like Fahrenheit 😁
The newer reformulation does not smell like classic fahrenheit, The Man cobalt by Milton Lloyd does, and it has better performance than the Dior one. I own both and when I wear the Milton Lloyd one I get way more nostalgia and better compliments, trust me the Milton Lloyd version is better in every way to classic fahrenheit than the current Dior version.
I beg to differ, this has had the most effect on me than any of the colognes my husband wears. My reaction is not “just okay”. It smells amazing on him, nothing else like it.
I showed my husband this cologne years ago. I love it, he now loves it. This is the only cologne my husband has bought and I recommend it all the time. Smells delicious in my opinion. I respect the original so we will always purchase the original.
i love fahrenheit, i have radar for it... it is very intense but i will risk a headache for the experience of smelling it i love that my husband humors me & wears it ❤️🔥
Hi jeremy I just bought mercedes benz intense without smelling. I can tell you that you are a trustable person to get recommendations from. It smells amazing. From now on you are the person who I’ll listen before buying fragarance.
Jeremy your a heavyweight in the game... your really gonna say that the cedar/vetiver combo creates the petrol accord? C'mon man if that was the case every woody aromatic would smell like this. It's the leather/violet leaf.
Recommendations. Use a little, this beast pack a punch and have presence. This can easily be kept many years, in that sense it doesnt matter the price if you love it and you are killing the ladies with it.
I am a 50 yr old man and am just getting into fragrances. Sure, I had a bottle of Polo green back in the early 80's....but I went 30 yrs without fragrance. Now I have a good start of a pretty decent collection.. I love love Dior Fahrenheit. Thanks Jeremy for having the #1 fragrance channel. You are the best!
Benz intense has nothing on farenheit. Tried benz intense to replace farenheit and i bought another bottle of farenheit with 95% of the intense left over.
I had this in 2007 and all the girls were going bananas over this fragrance 😁 this is my favourite fragrance! And thanks to you i also got Ultra Male and Versace Dylan Blue which are amazing 😍👌
This is the only aftershave where people actively stop and ask what it is. In a addition to this you can smell it on your scarves and clothes for ages!
I absolutely love this on my husband. We've been together since college, so over 30 years now and it still gets my hormones racing when he wears it. ♥️Oh, and his high school girlfriend introduced him to it. But I don't care.....it drives me mad in all the good ways!!!
I bought it as a 💎 gem as I'm new to the Fragrance collection. It's ok, goes really well with leather jackets. I would layer Fahrenheit with Bently intense just a little bit.
i always keep a bottle of this for over 20yrs, it has doubled in price tho, and i do feel like its "watered down". i havent found anything similar, but i will try those that you mentioned ! thank you !!!
I sort of feel that you really like it but don't feel comfortable to affirm that lol. It's dated but yet still remains a beautiful fragrance. I like it more when it melts with my own skin making it feel that I smell like that, and not exactly that I'm wearing a perfum.
Fahrenheit the original version way back in the late 80's is something surreal that brings back memories. But the current reformulated version is quite dull and lack the punch of the original version. Just my opinion 😎
This is my latest purchase I'm glad I bought 50ml. Because it's a shadow of its former self. My reformulated EDT is more like an EDC. Will it get stronger over time?
The post 2015 versions brought back the gasoline note and it's very good...this note floats around on top like a cloud instead of being integrated well into the accord like the original if that makes sense.
My boyfriend used to wear this so much. He would never buy a second bottle of any fragrance except for the old fahrenheit and it was truly gorgeous. This new one is crap. It's not even close and it's quite disappointing.
You were right on the money Jeremy! I got this as a gift years ago and I still have slightly above half of the bottle. It’s a classic but not for engaging the masses when out and about. I do however because of this video will use it soon as an homage .. kinda like, “taking her out for a spin” as the American saying goes.
Don't buy the batches made after 2013. The new batches don't even last 1 hours. I have the 2012 bottle and that's hands down the sexiest thing on the market and the longevity is literally eternal. But new version sucks.
AMAZING ♥️ Love Fahrenheit ♥️💖♥️ this gazoline vibe is of violet leaf mixed to leather 🍁🍁🍁 the edt is fresh long-lasting & the edp is voluptuous with vanilla, rum & violet leaf - leather too!!!!! Thank you so much Jeremy 🙏 you are GREAT 🙌 LOTS OF LOVE ♥️

I truly can understand that 😀
This will ALWAYS be my all time favorite scent on a man. Honestly, nothing comes close.
do you its good or suitable for young men?
Yeah as soon as you appeared and turned around I was like: This brotha knows his cologne.
I've been wearing this since 1997. I'm 40 now, and it's still my all time favorite.
Some people say it smells really cheap and causes headaches and it is really strong
They had a tester at a store I was at tonight. Always wanted to try it
Sprayed it on my wrists.
I love it. Very bold, gassy, and masculine
I bought it yesterday used for $60 for a 3.4 oz, bottle was basically full. Can’t complain and I love it.
Edt or EDP or parfum?
Fahrenheit is a masterpiece I can't express how much I love it
I showed my husband this cologne years ago. I love it, he now loves it. This is the only cologne my husband has bought and I recommend it all the time. Smells delicious in my opinion. I respect the original so we will always purchase the original.
I think its a great fragrances on an older gentleman. It gives a very mature vibe.
I wore Fahrenheit to death in the 90’s, i still love the scent.
How’re you still alive?
I am 33 years old and I have been using Fahrenheit since 2005 when I was in grate 10 and I still can't get over it till this day .
i love fahrenheit, i have radar for it... it is very intense but i will risk a headache for the experience of smelling it
i love that my husband humors me & wears it ❤️🔥
Hi jeremy I just bought mercedes benz intense without smelling.
A classic, could care less if it gets compliments, to each his own
Recommendations. Use a little, this beast pack a punch and have presence. This can easily be kept many years, in that sense it doesnt matter the price if you love it and you are killing the ladies with it.
I’m 21 and currently Fahrenheit and La Nuit de L’Homme are probably my two favorites right now
OMG my husband tried this today and I LOVE it. I normally do not like colognes
I'm 52 and I remember this beautiful fragrance. It was Soo special. I wish they never reformulated it, they've ruined it.
Mad compliments yo!
😂😂😂😂💪🏾💪🏾
I bought it as a 💎 gem as I'm new to the Fragrance collection. It's ok, goes really well with leather jackets. I would layer Fahrenheit with Bently intense just a little bit.
Have a bottle of this that over 20years old, very popular in the past. My wife dont like the smell of it but i do.
I'd rather smell this than shower gel and fizzy water
You should NEVER smell it from a close distance. It smells amazing in the air.
i always keep a bottle of this for over 20yrs, it has doubled in price tho, and i do feel like its "watered down". i havent found anything similar, but i will try those that you mentioned ! thank you !!!
I love this frangrance! Jeremy!👏👏👏
I’ll still buy it. I get lots of compliments everytime I wear it from all women of all ages
I sort of feel that you really like it but don't feel comfortable to affirm that lol. It's dated but yet still remains a beautiful fragrance. I like it more when it melts with my own skin making it feel that I smell like that, and not exactly that I'm wearing a perfum.
It is always an extra professional vibe when your brother edits your videos.
Agreed
Fahrenheit the original version way back in the late 80's is something surreal that brings back memories. But the current reformulated version is quite dull and lack the punch of the original version. Just my opinion 😎
I love Fahrenheit. I used it when I was 20 and still use it today at 44!
Used it when I was 17 now im 40
I got this and love it but my friends say it’s not good
This is my latest purchase I'm glad I bought 50ml. Because it's a shadow of its former self.
My reformulated EDT is more like an EDC. Will it get stronger over time?
Doesn't smell as good as it used to back in the days when I was a teenager, the formula has definitely changed.
The post 2015 versions brought back the gasoline note and it's very good...this note floats around on top like a cloud instead of being integrated well into the accord like the original if that makes sense.
I've tested the ones that were released in the 90s, and I can say it's been reformulated.
This is my all time favorite fragrance! I understand your point of view and actually only wear it on special occasions. Greets from Holland!
You honest that's what sets you apart.. god bless.. love.. please ship to Singapore your products.. already own 12 now.. due to you..
Real men loves this perfume. Real men can understand.
It’s a more masculine smell
Just bought this 20 plus years later than I first bought one. Amazing smell
My mom gave it to me on my 26th birthday I still have it today 🙏
I tend to wear the Mercedes Benz is in the fall and spring Fahrenheit is definitely my Winter fragrance
when you already know his thoughts but still he smiles
You didn't clap in the intro, you need to make up for it by making a "before you buy ysl la nuit de lhome"
He made one months ago
Don't buy the batches made after 2013. The new batches don't even last 1 hours. I have the 2012 bottle and that's hands down the sexiest thing on the market and the longevity is literally eternal. But new version sucks.
@@A7xeno I don't think so, my 2014 batch lasts all day on me
AMAZING ♥️ Love Fahrenheit ♥️💖♥️ this gazoline vibe is of violet leaf mixed to leather 🍁🍁🍁 the edt is fresh long-lasting & the edp is voluptuous with vanilla, rum & violet leaf - leather too!!!!! Thank you so much Jeremy 🙏 you are GREAT 🙌 LOTS OF LOVE ♥️
Fahrenheit is awesome ..
I won't buy any other scent that remotely smells anything like it..
Ladies luv ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 this..
I love this fragrance , smells like a gasoline in the beginning and after it settles down man !!!!
EXACTLY. The opening is a combination between gasoling and a new leather jacket. But the drydown..😍😍.
Which batches do you guys have? According to Jeremy it is not worth buying anymore, and Benz intense seems to be better value for money...
I am looking for 80s 90s fragrance, looks like this fits but is there a difference between the Dior Fahrenheit Absolute EDT, Fahrenheit EDT and the Aqua Fahrenheit EDT? Thanks!
