This episode is great, but it also reminds me that the producers weren’t sure that the cliffhanger ending would convince the network to sign on a fifth season, so they had to send Lynn well into adulthood as they wrapped up the season. I love how Alf says ‘…apparently the winner gets to sleep with Robert’. It’s both very funny, and it sums up the core of the underlying conflict between Lynn and her parents. How mature is she really, and how well can she manage it on her own? Andrea and Anne acts very well in their makeup talk
I agree this episode was more than the typical ALF getting into trouble variety. It had the right mix of comedy and serious drama. Kate and her mother had to deal with conflict early in the series. Dorothy didn't trust that Kate could do anything right, so she moved in and started micromanaging everything. In this episode Kate did not trust that Lynn could make her own grown-up decisions. The daughter becomes the mother, the mother becomes the daughter.
haha right me and my siblings were basically all received suggestions that’s now time to leave. But I get it it’s a different thing to move into a shared house or a own place or to move to a boyfriend you just know for a short time. It can be ok but I would be skeptical as well. Young people often don’t think things through or lack the experience. You don’t want her to become all dependent on her boyfriend. It’s important that she also has her own life.
Thank you for all these uploads. Lovely series.
R.i.p Gregory!
Alf is as annoying as he is cute. All the way I love that he is fluffy 🤩💝🤩💝.
The final episodes. Thanks for the upload. Dean Cameron. Nice

Lynn is all grown up!
If i was a membre of Tanner family i would like to stay all the Times with Alf🎉🎉
How is 19 years old "too young" to move in with a boyfriend? I was out of the house and on my own by that age. My mom made me leave.

Depends on how much your parents love you. LOL! Kidding.
The episode title is based on the song popularized by Sammy Davis Jr.
