Okay, so the game's graphics, style, fluidity, music are all close to perfect, including the way that Michael Keaton's Batman looks and moves. The creator clearly has the skills. @@Davidscomix you should check out my Fan-Made Batman movie called Batman:Frozen in fear people have been telling me it’s pretty good. Maybe not as good as this game but I have quite an interesting story to it for sure.
I'd really like since Micheal Keaton is gonna be in this new Flash movie for it to be a tie in with that. like Playthrough the events of the first 2 movies, then through the events leading up to the flash movie. and into that a bit. would be great if done the right way. Kinda like they did with The awesome Ghostbusters game. Make a Game that serves as a stand in for another movie.
@@The-Frozen-One_02 lol
Absolute masterpiece!! Well done to the creator Osmany Gomez
Thank you! Very happy you all liked the project
This is literally one of the coolest fan projects I've seen. There's always a lot of fans remastering stuff but not doing anything like new and fresh. This is mad someone made a full world that's as stylised as the Burton world and it looks as good as it does. I'd honestly pay for this if WB funded it, gave him some people to help and let him release it. And I'd still get Gotham Knights if that's their concern!
Ik you probably know this but it’s been cancelled since they have the rights to the Batman IP they technically didn’t like that and decide to make this guy cancel his game
@@nemesis387 damn, I DIDN'T know that, that's fucking sad man, this was cool as all hell!
I’m still sad we will never get a Keaton based Batman game . This game has the perfect design for Gotham ,just wish they worked with the guy to give us a game about Tim burton batman .
Osmany Gomez has done such an incredible job. They should polish this up and release it with a limited edition 4k version of the movie, like an extra you can boot up off the disk or download online, hopefully with console versions. An interactive exploration of the movie sets. It would be a mixed media collectable worth paying more for.
Lol
@@ToysintheStatic why the lol?
WB copyright Osmany, and the game was sadly canceled.
He also walks like Keaton!
love this version of Gotham
Simply incredible, it would be my favorite Batman game if it existed for us to play.
This is the sorta look for Gotham I want in a Batman game.. Dark creepy, gothic/victorian like.
I was disappointed with AK's city.
Fr, imo it didn't have the giant skyscrapers I wanted. AC's had a perfect Gotham even though you couldn't explore it (besides the glitch).
I think we all expected much better from AK the series took a serious left turn after AC
@@SpeedosAndTheGun Arkham Origins is critically underrated imo its so good
It didn't feel like an actual city where people would live in it had all these visible obstacles and weird shaped buildings it didn't feel immersive
@@Omarboyy I thought the city was decently realistic, the only few things I hated was the snow storm excuse for no one being out and the occasional large obstacles, still liked the look of it and imo it looks the most like an actual city out of all the games. Also had the best Batman/Alfred relationship and Bane by far in any non comic batman media to me
This is so polished. Osmany Gomez is a legend.
Okay, so the game's graphics, style, fluidity, music are all close to perfect, including the way that Michael Keaton's Batman looks and moves. The creator clearly has the skills. So Let's expedite this project already. Get on the phone with Keaton, Pfeiffer, DeVito, Walken, Burton, Billy Dee Williams (hell even Andrew Bryniarski for the voice of Chip), WB Execs and anyone else in the know and finish the job so that we can witness and experience Burton's Batman character move and fight freely through an open-world version of the director's Gotham City and fight gangsters, clowns, penguins, crazed civilians, and key villains the way we all know God and the fan have been intending it. Now Let's GO!!
Isv preferb if they made a Batman on the Robert Pattinson version
I second this. ✋
Never gonna happen
@@WtfJosh-u5ilets have them both done
This is the game we need ... right now
This is beyond amazing, how did he model and light this so perfectly? It is incredible.
Very faithful. Excellent, awesome. Osmany Gomez, Richard Martinez, and who ever helped produce this would definately deserve awards expanding on this. You guys really captured the certain gothic ambience the 89’ movie had.
Thanks for the upload. This is so damn impressive.
My bro, you are a legend.
Thanks a lot !
Warner brothers needs to let him make that in a full on game not just a demo
This needs to be a full game. The design of the suit alone is insane. 👍
So, just ONE person made this ??? TRUE GENIUS !!! 😲😲😲
Osmany Gomez has done an incredible job! This looks and feels on point with the awesome 1989 Batman! Wish he wouldn't get blocked, but supported! I would buy a game like this immediately!
Just watching this gave me and biggest feeling of nostalgia from the Keaton/Burton films. The developers did a phenomenal job at recreating all the iconic locations, especially the Batcave.
Wow! as a Keaton's Batman fan, you made my day. Congratulations to Osmany Gomez, he did an impressive work here. This is the most beautiful thing i saw today. Really, im really impressed.
When I’ll wake up next morning, I’ll probably questioning whether seeing this was a dream or not. Amazing, amazing job.
Why do independent developers have better game ideas and demos than the actual big budget studios? I would much rather play a full fledged Grounded Batman game like this, than the upcoming cartoony The Knight's of Gotham/assassin's Creed batgirl robin red hood game. Or the new suicide squad joke game.
cause independants don't have to answer to management or shareholders. and WB is bloated as hell
@@bajra79 again what does shareholders have to do anything with game development and idea ?
@@haloepic3092 money...
Why the world is empty and nothing to interact with. This is trash.
@@haloepic3092 seriously? major studios are obligatited to their shareholders to return their investiment which makes a lot of middle management decisions that ultimatle hurt the end product.
WB is just mad that they cant make games this good.
They made games that are 1000x better, lol. This "game" literally has walking, running, cutscenes, and a few intractable objects. That's it, and the batmobile locomotion appears to use the exact same script as the character controller.
@@theTacoKing640 Did you literally expect a whole bunch of stuff from a game that hasn’t even been completed yet?
@@shawn1799 So WB can't make a game with a bare bones character controller and a few animations?
@@theTacoKing640 WB is an entire multi billionaire company mate. This game has been made by one person. I agree that the other WB games are better (and it obviously is), but you cant compare an unfinished game against an entire Company who MAKES games for a living.
@@shawn1799 But he did compare it. This game is also nothing more than a walking simulator to show off his art.
This demo is incredible. The soundtrack, the atmosphere, the suit, the Batmobile, the movement, etc. This is the Batman game we need!
This was such a damn incredible demo, the game looked so beautiful and classic!!! I feel so sad that this game got silenced!!! WB , that was such a bad move. This game had superior potential. I hope it comes back soon !!!
This captures the atmosphere of the Burton movies perfectly.
This is the most amazing thing I've ever seen. Damn WB hire this guy!
Osmany Gomez, if you ever read this, know that you're a hero for so many Batman fans.
Thank you!!!🙏
This is just the perfect example of what a Batman video game should be I love it the music score is just perfect yet it’s definitely a thing for Danny Elfman and I love how it’s captured the details of the Sets and locations of Tim Burton’s Films this will definitely make a great video game
So much passion went into this. I'd love to see a Batman Returns tech demo. Batman exploring those iconic locations would be great and so cool.
WB angry because one person can make a great batman demo
Man this has so much potential. If a studio picked up this game and gave it the modern arkham games fighting mechanics, I would buy that in a heart beat..
The batcave's atmosphere and music gives noir and detective vibes
WB really needs to bring in the creator of this demo and make it an official release. It could easily be the Batman equivalent of the Insomniac Spider-Man games.
The insomniac Spiderman games are literally the equivalent of Batman Arkham Games. It borrowed everything from those games.
@@Vengeance622 Yeah, the Arkham games were definitely a big influence. But the thing is Batman in those games is always limited to a specific sparsely populated area for story reasons. Insomniac took elements from the Arkham games and incorporated them into an open world setting filled with NPCs, plus the map changes over time as the story progresses. There needs to be something like that with Batman, where players can just freely patrol the streets of Gotham and complete side missions throughout the city.
@@Vengeance622 you said borrowed everything. Didn't know batman was web swing across the city
@@Supertron1 Arkham Knights map does change as the story progresses, namely ivys plants. They ripped out certain sections from the Arkham games as well, such as the copperhead sequence compared to scorpion. Insomniac even said that they took a huge amount of inspiration from the Arkham Games. The Arkham Games have better stealth and combat without a doubt.
@@Batman-ro9mj Yeah, it would be great to see the stealth and combat of the Arkham games applied to an open world setting. This fan-project definitely has the potential.
This is amazing. The photo realism in games is starting to catch up to reality.
osmany gomez did an really awesome work
imagine what could he put out with an large triple AAA budget and several employed assisting it
i dont imagine it cause it wont happen
I can't wait to play this game! The attention to detail in recreating Tim Burton's Batman universe is amazing.
"Holy 1989 Batman"
This is absolutely awesome stuff, Osmany Gomez deserves his own cowl for this. If this actually got taken up and made into a full game with all actors reprising their roles it would be a day one buy for me 🤩🤯🤯
I would buy this game twice. One to play. One to put behind glass, on a shelf, under lights. I didn't realize how much I needed something like this. A game like this would kick the cud out of the Arkham games!
Nothing will ever "kick the cud out of the Arkham games", in fact this wouldn't even compare with the Arkham games.
However, I would buy this twice too, just like you. I just don't think anyone is ever going to make a game that will top the Arkham-quadrology.
@@COMMODOOSA yes… they are. The Arkham games literally mastered freeflow combat, the best type of 3rd person melee combat system in existence. Nothing beats the fluidity of the combat in the Arkham games.
@@COMMODOOSA not really. Name a game with a better 3rd person melee combat system? Let me guess, you'll say a generic game full of damage sponge enemies where all you do is the same dodge + attack combo the entire time in the least satisfying and most tedious way possible.
@@COMMODOOSA the fact that you think a walking simulator Batman game made by one person would be better than the Arkham games proves that you're the one out of your mind, clearly.
@@COMMODOOSA lmfao, what an absolutely ridiculous opinion. You may as well be saying any game from the early 2000s has better AI than Red Dead Redemption 2. They're not even comparable. Please do give me examples.
This is so amazing, that it even has the cathedral where The Joker fell to his death. So much talent ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
BRAVO!!! BRAVO!! You captured the essence of Burt Bat 100% This is gold and needs to be made. Glorious....
This is incredible. From the gloomy warm lighting to the steam belching from the drains. You've recaptured the feel of the film perfectly in amazing detail. I love the music too, adds so much feel with the similar cues to Danny Elfman's magic in the older films. 6:36 Recognised that cathedral straight away, Joker showdown. And of course the iconic Monarch theatre and alley where Bruce's parents were killed. Well done to everyone involved. Huge respect to you 😊
Oh, and that art gallery, post Joker squad vandalism, was such a wonderful thing to see, and it amps this up to 11! "Joker was here" 😅
Looking pretty awesome so far!
WOW!!! best thing I have ever seen!! biggest respect to Osmany Gomez for this, I need to play this someday! My dream came true!
Well if WB want to get their thumbs out their arse and make this game a reality, they know where to look. I'm totally blown away by this, MASSIVE respect to the creators 👍👍👍
