The suit from Arkham Knight is the best one in my opinion. It looks the most badass and it also makes sense for Batman to wear it since his head and body need protection
I like the suits with the glowing eyes cowl from Telltale better. They make him look scarier, not to mention they also give him a deeper voice hiding his identity better, plus the design of both of them are really cool and one of the alternative suits you can obtain is basically the Batfleck suit with glowing eyes.

One detail I always liked about the Arkham Origins suit up is how aggressive it was. Whilst with Arkham City which is set years later, he's more gentle when putting the suit on. Reflects well with how he hasn't tamed his anger yet during his second year
I like when it actually looks like Armour (kevlar) and not just spandex. Like in Arkham City. In Batman the a animated series, the cowl is basically a hood.

Same. Also Batman's "spandex" suits are always weaker. Like, in the end of Arkham Asylum and City he and the suit are all fucked up, the suit is cut, teared, while in the end of Origins and Knight the suit is just scratched but not so deep, mainly Origins. Just paint it again and give a new cape and it's ready for another day
In Arkham asylum and city he does not wear spandex it is a real armor, in fact on the sides he has like rivets to keep it united plus if you look closely at the cuts on the suit you can see that there is some kind of metal under the gray layer.
It is simply lighter than the one he has in Arkham knight.
You see the progression of his skill. Origins, he needed armor because he lacked experience, overtime he didn't need the extra baggage and only had skill.

I've never understood why Batman went from body armour in Arkham origins to fabric costume in city
The armour was bulky, slowed him down, he wanted to be mobile, fast and stealthy, hence why Bats decided to opt for the lightly armoured variants which gave him some degree of protection while still remaining fast and flexible, in one of the vintage comics from the 1940's, he explains why wearing a bigger belt and bullet proof suit didn't work for him, it was too cumbersome

Fabric was better imo, I think the best suit in the series is the one he uses in Arkham city and asylum.

Nope I loved the suit and the story from enemy within its one of my favorite Batman games
Never played the Enemy Within, but I played the first one. The story and portrayal of Batman is not perfect but theme, suit, scenes and etc are very good. I like the game.

Two probable reasons, it's a new game so they they're stylistically different. And the other is that, Batman is a pragmatist. The more tech you jam it in, the more complicated it becomes which means more things are likely to break and it would be more difficult to maintain and repair.
My favourite is season 2 of telltale when Bruce is describing Riddler to Gordon and is like "a mad man in a mask" as the camera focuses on Batmans Cowl Lol.

There are two games when Batman and Robin are in the batcave!
When Bruce runs up stairs from the batcave. You see a small clip of the bat signal turning to the right and going downwards! Then Bruce goes out of the book case in his normal clothes! Then goes through the bookcase. Then sees the bat signal doing the same thing again! But Bruce is running back downstairs into his batman outfit!
But all the times when we see batman and robin by the bat computer! Their masks are off! Then they go down to the left of an elevator going upwards to the batmobile and Batcopter! But when they come out of the elevator their masks are on including their outfits! Same time when going in elevator going down their masks comes off but their outfits stays on!
It's funny how in the Lego batman games he needs an entire BATSUIT for something he can already do

The difference in graphics from Arkham City to Arkham Asylum is night and day. Arkham City was too dark and the colour palette was very dull. Whereas Arkham Origin had a brighter colour palette and the design and gameplay was so much better.
