I did full extension on my deadlifts.
But what do I know?
So do we not need to stand all the way up on deadlifts, or are there different standards for elite athletes vs. us casual crossfittrers?
No you do not, but weightlifters have to. 🙌🏾

I agree. BUT. extension is: "Foot - knee - Hip" in one line correct? Stupid question but do the shoulders need to be BEHIND the bar?

Tia!! How did you rehab your pelvic floor after having Willow? I’m newly pregnant with my second and my pelvic floor is extremely weak again. Did this workout and barely was able to do singles without peeing. I would love a video on your favorite pelvic floor workouts!
Hopefully you can find support you want to support your pelvic floor! Finding a physio near you or virtually can really help provide you with you guidance you might like! You'd want a physio who understand pelvic floor and the movements you have troubles with so you can get specific exercises and keep doing what you love!

1) What measurement (feet/inches) is the cable that you used (on your EVOG2 rope)? Uncoated bare hyper 1.3 wire?
2) Are you going "one and done" on this workout? If not, what take was this, and which take are you submitting?
3) Btw, it would've driven me crazy to have my hair top-knot flopping around! Mine is all cinched tight...but you're so far out of my league...even in hair haha!😜
