I have the non turbo, and have been waiting to hear from others on the new Gen 4, No snow down here on the penninisula. I bought mine for hauling and touring up in the interior.
Scott Brown it works great hauling! Although you’ll need to invest another 150 bucks for the dumb attachment or make your own. All our snow just melted here in Wasilla.
Finally got to put some miles on it, so different when riding on sidehill, you better set the sled or you will be going down hill. stuck mine in a creek, had to put logs under the machine, then use low range with another sled pulling, only complaint with it is, it is HEAVY
Dude I know you from somewhere but i cant place it. Im down the rd in peters creek but spend a majority of my time in the valley doin stuff, its very possible we may have met on the trail once.
Nice Sled! Not sure if you care or not but most people try to avoid showing their license plates, house numbers etc for privacy reasons. I am prob not to far from you, am in Palmer and have been stocking up on traps and gear for the last 3 years... almost ready to commit a season to trapping have to figure out how to do it around this J-O-B though!
KrypticPatriot yeah I try to avoid it but it happens sometimes. We need some dang snow first before I get to serious into trapping this season. I think I’m going to go to lake Louise and go ice fishing and break in the sled.
@@alaskaoutdoors9041 Now your talking, havent been out on the ice yet this year, going to give spearing a go this year just picked one up. I fish with a group of friends, that run the pike page on facebook. We are heading up there to Louise soon as well.
It's going to take a few pelts to pay for that. Sweet sled! Any troubles with the track ratcheting? There are some guys in Siberia having issues with drivers wearing out and even slipping on the drive shaft. One of them has a thread on Dootalk
Karl Zwaschka I haven’t experienced that yet but I have experienced my front right shock freezing up and making the sled tip over. Also my silent track is getting louder every ride.
New Doo Owner I’m getting about 15 mpg when I first started riding the machine and now at 340 miles I’m getting 18 mpg. They say around 25 mpg after break in.

This sled, commander and rs viking are nice to drive as long you dont get stuck, then the hard work starts

are you running 87 octane gas on your turbo?
