this is going to be a 3 part series as I can not for the life of me figure out how to edit 360 footage with standard footage. We had a great ride and had a nice camping trip.

Me and the boy went on a quick overnight adventure to do some fishing. We had a blast and it was super relaxing. We got scared when we heard some wolves running around the cabin but all ended well.

Went on a 30 mile ride in -17 degree Fahrenheit weather! it was a beautiful day! views of the tallest mountain in north America, Mt. Denali. seen a moose as well.

just picked up my new trapping sled the ski-doo 900 ace turbo. She is a great looking sled.
This sled, commander and rs viking are nice to drive as long you dont get stuck, then the hard work starts
Does it have the air radiator??? That comes in handy driving the hard pack trails!
Could have made it with enough speed.. why were u slow going up.. dumb move there
Mine starts up fine at -30°C and even colder they're beasts! Haha even after a couple days sitting outside at -30°C no issues
Picking this exact sled up in a week. This was helpful. Looks like it rides trails pretty good. Keep those sled videos up!
How does it handle the ocean?
Really well actually, fast smooth and turns on a dime.

They’re a bit tippy with a passenger on. My dealer tells me, “no one has ever told me that before.” Doubtful.
I just bought the 2022 Skandic 900, should be delivered next week.
My father in law has a place on that lake. John and Yvette are awesome.

Oh yeah I was going to get a new sled next year with the 900 ACE T. But I am not sure anymore because almost all of the 2021 Ski doo sleds around my area are stalling/backfiring... I was thinking it is our fuel where I live and I am kind of hesitating on getting the 900 Ace T. Do you think I should be fine if I get myself a funnel that collects water from fuel?

Eagle River here. I am deciding between turbo 900 or non-turbo 900 in the 2021 Expedition le. I am very concerned about smooth, linear power deliver and wether or not the turbo is really needed and/or really appreciated. Do you feel that the power at low rpms is smooth and not jumpy and if you had it to do over, would you still opt for the turbo and why? Thanks in advance and anything that you could share about your experience with the turbo and that model sled would be greatly appreciated!
How are you, not to hijack his vid, but i have the 2020 SE Turbo, i had the 2018 900 se and a 2017 expedition extreme before that ( picking up a 2021 SE turbo next week from AMDS. The power delivery is dialed in very well, clutching allows for a smooth engagement in many conditions, it can get a bit jumpy when in sport mode, due to increased power/ fuel mapping and a very very small amount of lag,( fractions of a second at worst) this feeling fades with time on the machine. In eco mode and in low you can navigate with ease through the trees and get some forgiveness on the throttle. As for whether or not you need a turbo, I like the knowing i have the power when needed to throttle through sticky situations, that being said, when i had the non turbo it worked great, i just had to be more considerate with my routes through rolling hills in deep snow hauling a load ( 2 caribou) hope this helps. It’s pretty jumpy in sport mode but in eco mode it handles very well but if I knew that was the case before I bought it I’d opted for non turbo The only thing I enjoy about the turbo is doing 90 mph on lake Louise. This sled can’t really go where a turbo would be ideal like in the mountains so it’s actually kind of a waste.

That 360 is Radio Man,,,if you haven't seen this.,,you would not believe if you heard it on the Radio. Nice touch.My personal opinion on what INSPIRE me to watch is home projects and also watch someone share their talents.Welding Cabinetry,Art projects,,Hunting Fishing Especially when they are sharing their likes and dislikes in tools of their trade.
Im hoping you recieve this, cause i felt like in real time i was riding, steering it is fun,,yoo throw that 360 in there most of the time.,,but not all the time.For be aware it allows me to look in placesi may not be invited.
What trail system is that ?
AlaskaTerry it’s the Nancy lake trail system. If you download the OuterSpatial app it gives you the trail system and parking spots.
Hi. I am looking at buying a 2021 Expedition Sport with the 900 ACE. I am in mid Ontario Huntsville to NorthBay I trail ride 70% and break trail the other 30%. I was going to order the skidoo Ds2 ski Liner to get better floatation. Any thoughts. What engine do you have?? Thx
Merlin I have the 900 ace turbo and it wasn’t doing so well in the deeper powder so I got a pair of wider sly dog skies and now the machine does great in the powder.

I'm late to the party, but I'd love to know what cameras you use to film with in cold temps. I'd really like to start recording my expeditions in the cold this winter, and people keep telling me gopro's are no good in cold weather.
LumioSoleth I use GoPro the batteries die in about 30-45 minutes once in use so I just carry a bunch and then put some hand warmers in with them to keep the warm.
do you ever have any issues with the lense fogging up? Also thank you very much for the reply!
LumioSoleth no, I actually was worried about this but Gropro has a pretty solid product with their new cameras.
I'm torn between the expedition extreme with the 850 etec or the expedition se with the 900 Ace turbo.
William Logue if I had to do it all again I’d go with the extreme just for the pull start. Was out on some cold days and the 900 was a bit hard to start and I like to ice fish a lot by myself and it would suck to be stuck out in the middle of nowhere with no cell service and have to walk back in -30 weather.
@@alaskaoutdoors9041 that's the way I am leaning. Plus the 900 Ace turbo is about 100lbs heavier. I got to test drive the extreme doing some snowmobile training with the army this winter (I am in reserves as a canadian Ranger) and quite liked it. It was a demo and in break in mode so I couldn't go Ham with it. Have you had the chance to ride alpine or deep powder with it? I mainly ice fish, hunt, that sort Of thing but want the option to strip it down to a solo seat and have some fun with it. Being a big guy (6'4" 300lbs) I am not worried about handling with a wider tunnel/track.
I would take this over a tropical vacation..Wife disagrees. Thank you for sharing.
I enjoy watching sled riding videos and seeing different trail or off trail conditions. You are right thought that riding videos just don’t pull in the views as much as say posting a video of ice fishing with riding clips going to from the lake and not the major part of the whole video if you know what I mean. Anyways keep it up, it’ll only get easier as you figure out what works best and we’ll be along for the ride with you.

Nice Snowmobile, I am wondering what gas mileage you are getting with the 900 ace turbo engine?
New Doo Owner I’m getting about 15 mpg when I first started riding the machine and now at 340 miles I’m getting 18 mpg. They say around 25 mpg after break in.
Wow that is very good, I figured since it has a turbo on it that it would be a little harder on gas than the base 900 ace, seems as though they are getting the same mielage

It's going to take a few pelts to pay for that. Sweet sled! Any troubles with the track ratcheting? There are some guys in Siberia having issues with drivers wearing out and even slipping on the drive shaft. One of them has a thread on Dootalk
Karl Zwaschka I haven’t experienced that yet but I have experienced my front right shock freezing up and making the sled tip over. Also my silent track is getting louder every ride.

Is it possible/ easy to remove passenger handles for easier manouvering in between trees ?( forest work)
Christoffer Nilsen it’s only four bolts not to hard. The only problem I would see is the throttle being so sensitive because it’s all wires and could break.

Northern Sky it floats very nicely it feels a lot lighter than it really is.
