Back in the day and I remember a Kentucky Fried Chicken 🍗 🐔 😋 in a small town named Houghton Lake, Michigan which is also the Greyhound Bus 🚌 Station which is still open to this very day. Kentucky Fried Chicken 🍗 🐔 used to be very good back in the day. And the Chocolate 🍫 Dessert. Kentucky Fried Chicken 🍗 🐔 isn't very good and it's very salty and the Chocolate Dessert has been taken off the menu. Kentucky Fried Chicken 🍗 🐔 is very expensive. 5:33
I remember seeing that KFC as a kid (never went inside it. Also, when I first saw it, I didn't even know it was a KFC from the 70s-80s, although they would update the sign later on (not on the exterior for some reason) to feature the 1997-2006 KFC logo (it still did until when that exact restaurant closed)
To answer the question about the nearest location, yes McHenry has one. There’s also another in Algonquin, and the Wauconda one is available like what the sign said.
Based on Google Maps, I'm probably predicting this close within the last few years. But it's a kentucky FRIIIIIED chicken! This is most definitely a classic and it deserves that BEST FRIIIIIED!!! :>
Not sure how long that KFC has been there, but I know it was there in '88 when I was working for Wickes Lumber. Also fun fact, this property was once owned by the Pure Oil company, and the Hobby Lobby was originally a Venture store. Thanks for the videos.
That’s a great older KFC! I wonder how many of these are left. I don’t see them anymore. Great find!

I remember this still being open June of this year, crazy how things can change in a little bit of time

The old kfc building in dekalb has not been torn down, it’s still there, just wanted to add that correction.
Thank you for the input. I thought I read somewhere that it was getting torn down but I guess it's still there
When it was open that little part on the roof was spray painted back then
Classic it was...
I like your new KFC video
That is KFC
They haven't torn down the Dekalb KFC

Thanks for the info!
