Advanced videos will take more time to produce and will cost more money. The leads will come when the viewer gets to know you so the most important thing is for you to be yourself. Don't try to play a role. If you are shy on camera you need to practice. Second, you need to start your videos with a question of something the viewer want to arrive to or something they want to escape from. A solution to a problem. This will create attention and interest. Third, after you have educated the viewer, what do you want them to do next? This is where the CTA (Call To Action) comes in. Usually you send them to your landing page and collecting the leads here. If you do not have a landing page you can simply ask the viewers a question and let them comment on your post. This will make the post spread to more people that are interested in your content.
