Tried it, sounds quite good if I'm speaking english, but what does it take for the voice changer to be used with another language. Getting models with more epoch and steps?
Or it has to use the from specific language I'm using? Or behind the model voice style, there's some modules that the ai need to understand the language in the first place to predict?
Yes, since they are trained - More epochs are more accurate. But you also have to take in account the what language the model was trained in. Say u get a Shakira model. English may work great, but even though Shakira knows Spanish the trainer who built that model may not have trained her with Spanish at all.

@@gerryboydareal O, That is really good then. The point of a good voice changer is to make the voice changed into a believable voice. So I'm glad that the intro portrayed this correctly. I never really understood why people use Clownfish because it sounds like a bot. And a lot of the other free voice software you can also tell if you crank the playback to 2x speed. Right yea, Cause it takes your actual tone of voice which text to voice apps can't replicate. The one I used at the beginning of the video was my favorite, because it was so crisp and clear. Some models mess up words, but every word was spot on. But TBH I don't use it much. I don't really have any use for a voice changer.
it works great but the only way it sounds clear or no studder i have to have a 2 second delay which make its not usable for me. is there a way to fix this

I'm using this application via the processor, and the sound is really bad and choppy. How can I fix this? My processor is AMD Ryzen 5600G. By the way, the effort you put in is invaluable. Even though I don't understand much about software, you're still very helpful. Thank you.
Turn up the chunk size to give your processor more time to smooth out the voice. Or you need to buy better hardware to process the voice faster. It choppy because your processor cannot keep up with the transcoding.

Yes, you could create your own voice models. You can use your own voice or if you have talking clips of someone else you can use those to create custom RVC Models.

I cant install PyTorch, i do have python and pip installed, (and also cuda 12.1) though when I copy the code to install PyTorch it says incompatible error or somethin

I followed your tutorial, downloaded python and installed pytorch and downloaded the voice changer, but it didn't work for me so I deleted it, no big deal. BUT, since I downloaded all of that I've had a "caps lock on/off" pop up on my screen EVERY time I hit the button. I even factory rest my computer (but I kept my files) and the issue still has persisted. Any idea as to why?

@@BleepingWorld i managed to find an answer on a PC Discord! I just deleted some bloatware on my PC I didn't know I had and it fixed the issue! Don't know how that managed to happen, but oh well. At least it's fixed, haha
Hi , my laptop has really weak cpu ie (Intel Celeron N4020 ) and intel uhd 600 gpu will it run smoothly?
I don't think the Voice Changer will work very well on your computer. It works best with external GPUs, and Nvidia

Haha, They are relatively large files. If you have slow internet and need to go through all the Python install stuff too, then I could see how this whole process could take 1 day.
Mine is running very slow and it's not working. Could it be because I'm only using CPU? My buffer's 170 btw, Idk if that's bad or anything.
A CPU is not going to be as powerful as a GPU. So it's not going to run as well as on a GPU. 170 if fine. If your CPU is slow then try 896 or higher. Remember that 896 milliseconds is the delay to hear the changed voice

There is a pass through button. Make sure you dont have it checked.
When I setup everything the Virtual Audio cable. It crackles and messes up in Discord and everything. Not sure what is wrong

Hey! Is there anything we can do about those delays? I've used cable with FL Studio before and it had no noticable delays, while here it's ca. 2 sec delay
That is what chunk size is for. If you turn it down it processes voice faster, but if you turn it too low it gets choppy because the voice changer cannot process the voice quickly depending on your computer specs.

did you try to download a different RVC Model? Some RVC's are better then others. You might need to download a couple voices to find the one you like.

Yes you can. These apps have an option to choose the Microphone input. That is why you download the VB cable. The Virtual Connector allows you to pass your voice into the VB and then select it as the output inside these applications.

Why does it take so long for the live voice changer to change my voice?
It takes nearly 4 seconds to process what I said.

Brother , Thank you so much everything is working . The only problem is that I get echo of my voice like first echo is normal of mine (selected voice) and other one is very high pitched . Can I do something to fix that ?
Edit : Brother , problem has been fixed I had selected 15:10 Cable Output as Default Communication Device and because of that there wasn't text showing ready so I unselected that . By the way Keep it up you gained a new subscriber :)

Hey man, I need help. When I speak, the voice of the filter is kinda breaking. Like if I say "hello" it goes "h-l-o"
If it is not a chunk problem then it is most likely due to the type of RVC model you are using. 2 most important things. Speak clearly and Use models that are trained in the language you are speaking. A chinese model probably wont know how to say hello correctly.

I'm late on this, so not sure if you'll see it, but when checking the official site for the Voice Changer software, it suggested I switch F0 to dio and that helped me. It also helped me some to raise the gain in and out a little.
hey, by any chance are you familiar with the Mac interface? i followed the github tutorial to download the voice changer on my mac (sonoma 14.1). everything is loaded and the UI is all working, its just that the voice isn't coming out. the terminal says warming up.... generating sola buffer, I'm not sure if that means it is loading but I've waited about 10 minutes or so and it still does not work.
usually only takes like 2 min at most to load an RVC voice.

Great tutorial but sometimes the VC doesn't work, like it stops working out of a sudden and no matter which preset I choose, I only hear my normal voice even if I restart the app, I have the same settings as you
Did you try with Different RVC Models? When you switch models it takes a second for them to load. You will see the processor fill up when the voice changer is ready after you select or change RVC models.
@@BleepingWorld yeah tried different RVC models, switched like 5 of them, waited for the commands to load and it never does even if you wait, honestly have no clue
@@G59METH Yea, I'm kind of stumped here. Have you checked task manager to see if the resources are maxing out, or check the CMD panel for any error messages or crashing? That output window tells you a lot of information.
Why whenever I try to use the mic using vb audo it stutters and pops this happens to discord and every game I try to use the mic on any know fixes?
Check the task manager. Is CPU or Memory maxing out?

There are two start files for the voice changer client. Make sure you are using the one shown in the video.

I don't really remember. I found it on the discord room I linked though. But also keep in mind some voices will work better with different voices, and stuff like singing rather then talking.
It take around 50sec forme to hear a EXTREMELY low quality sound, how do I fix this?

Are you adding the RVC model correctly? Add the RVC path file.
Mine lags no matter the setting I think I should go with the CPU version 'my GPU is GTX 1020 super 6gig dedicated graphics'

Yes, Actually some of the RVC models only sound good if you're attempting to sing. Especially if the RVC model is an artist: Like Justin, Katy, Etc..

I dont think so
I think your question is because of the virtual cable. No it wont break anything. If some how it does it is because you didnt set it up correctly. In that case you would just need to go back to the sound and check the playback and recording tabs. Make sure playback is set to your speakers and Recording is set to your microphone.

it only works with beatrice but none of the other default anime agirls
Sometimes the profiles take a minute to load. Also, check the chunk size. Bigger chunk has larger delay. Passthrough works well because no voice processing is taking place. BTW: unless you speak Japanese the anime girls are bad at English anyway. Go download some voice models.
bro ive been trying to make this work for 3 and a half fucking hours and ive tried everything. it just doesnt start. The gui is blank and it just closes after a second. what do i have to fucking do

Nice, make sure you give some time for the models to load after changing them. Then check chunk size. Also, try minimizing or closing any process on the PC that are not needed to figure out if it is an issue with processes consuming all of your computational power.
Change the gain, if it doesn't help you need to speak louder or get a better mic

Yes you can, but you need to pay attention to the chunk size.
My CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable) in discord isnt letting me hear my voice. And the voice also works with my headset but not CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable)
Everything sounds fine here. The virtual cable is only for attaching software. You cannot directly connect to it. Plus, you would not normally need it in that case, you would just connect to your speakers.

@@onlyfansagency9299 I just sold my 1070 Ti for $150, unfortunately I didn't get a chance to test the voice changer with it. I suggest looking up the 1080 benchmarks and comparing them to some 30 or 40 series cards and seeing if they have success with Okada.

This issue would be with the Python support. I believe Windows 7 is supported up to 3.8.15. This tutorial uses 3.11.5. You could try but I have not tested it.

That should not be the case, unless you downloaded the wrong files. Next time just backup the zip package.

No. First off it doesn't require an internet connection to use. Second, its not owned by Microsoft, Apple, or Google. Third, It doesn't have any wake up keywords like "Hey Google", Hi Cortana, Hello Siri.

Yes. It is the same file. To see file extentions, you need to adjust your view from the folder

@@smokeupgaming7697 I think while you are in game, the resources that the Voice changer needs are taken up by the game. What kind of GPU do you have? Did you check your Task manager?

If ur pc is ass this won’t work
If you have a decent gaming computer then the voice changer should work. But if your PC can barely run a decent game then no, it probably wont work.

@@flyingknee23 That's not a bad card. What chunk size are you using? There will be a lag no mater what. That's why you want to play with Chunk to minimize lag.
