I don't think the program crypto mines on your pc, but If I remember, the app even ask you if you would like to contribute to train the AI for coins when you first start using it, so if your PC is idle then it will start using your GPU to help train the AI. So techinally, you don't need to purchase coins, if you decide to sacrifice your own GPU power.

it is malware since it was using 200 megabytes of ram without even opening the app but your lying its very easy to uninstall i just did tbh because i realized it was taking alot of ram
I actually paid $100 for the lifetime subscription. I really have no real problem with it, I mainly liked it since every other option I found you pay by the character or the second which I've never cared for. It also gives you unlimited voices with the lifetime. The issue I do have is that the quality of the voices isn't great. I uploaded a few and despite clean quality they almost all sound nothing like the person. I did the same with Eleven Labs and it was incredible. I thought it be useful for doing some animated videos online for different characters and rather own something than rent it.
Dude, you are a G. I was about to download it, but my gut was telling me it was a scam, so I looked it up and found you. You are a lifesaver. I'm subbing now.
was looking for a live voice changer, as i was downloading this i was worried abt it being a virus or it being a scam. didn't look at it immediately uninstalled, thank you
The thing is, it is hard for me to find a voice changer that I can upload voices I have made or I have onto and this is the only one I found that’s really an official one that could completely work for me that isn’t just some random github download that doesn’t work for me since I’m on Windows 10 and really I just want a good working AI voice changer real time app that I can upload my own voices onto constantly for free. Also, I do see how the app is really bad but it’s the only thing I can use for now. and also if you use a certain voice changer overtime, you gain more coins so you can get back up to buy one more voice changer, but that’s not a big difference
1:39 I mean sure if you do nothing but a try a voice if you leave your pc training for a few days when your not using it you'll have tons of coins for tons of voices i havent done it in awhile & i still got 74k coins. Haven't paid a dime. However I do feel like its a scam simply because there is no voices in there that can change my voice. I'll check out the ones you mentioned. But yeah they do use your pc to train voices but so dont most ai voice changing apps. Also it does sound like someone else is talking in the background every time i listen to real times voice that i test.
2:25 crypto mining is immediately what i thought. did they use a token to collaborate and exactly what would they need to be doing to require masses amount of computing power in ai voices? am i building someone else's? most likely mining in the background, lol'ing in AI, to the crypto bank. edit: first video subbed.
To know if your device is being used for crypto mining: first open your task manager and go to apps if one of the apps ( not from the system) is taking lots of cpu that means its 99% crypto mining
i took a subscription, its still in development and can be glitchy if you do not have good gpu.The support ppl in the discord are good and the guy behind it has a great track record of start ups. its not malware or a virus, it does howevr have an option to let the app use your computing power when you are not using it which earns you credits you can use to make voices. So depending on your set up there may be some hidden cost in electricity. The project is worthy and aims to provide a cheap service but its still being developed and perfected nd is not top of the line meaning that voices take some time to be produced unless using readymade ones from voice universe, and if you want more realistic voices you need to get on subscription but even then thy aren't great quality compard to the expensive competitors. Suited to and targets gamers not ppl wanting high quality voices for podcasts etc imo. I think this video is unfair. Free version does have some usability - the thousands on the discord using the app prove that.
The training isn't even working for coins now, I just downloaded it and the only option to train the voice is with subscription. Very "free" program indeed.
I was an early user, at the time there're nothing strange and it wasn't limited to 15 secs audio clip. Can pick 2 audio with the credits which i thought was fair enough. It had never force itself to start since i disabled it from the startup menu. The program uses lots of resource only when rendering and if you don't have a good dedicated GPU (as listed in the requirement) i used the program before and after upgrading my GPU from GTX 750 ti to rx 6600. Well, i no longer use the program since i just used it as momentarily fun tool to troll some friends, if the claims of the program state right now are true, then that's sad.
I've been using it ever since the beta release started back in early-October 2023, and record mode was *ALWAYS* limited to 15 seconds in free mode. You most likely used live mode, which is not time-restricted.
bro i noticed it when i opened it it had miner in it prob cuz my pc was dying so unistalled cant make a video about so you did u did my job for every ones good ty man.
alright, i did download their installer but found weird they needed over 1gb of my beautiful ssd, so i started researching instead. thanks for the video, will look into these free ones you mentioned :)
Good thing i uninstalled it before i watched the video. And also to speak about kits AI, well. To be honest, kits AI is better than voice ai, with the difference being 15 minutes of free recording (restores in next month after you registered) and accessible to all voices. It's good for people who don't want to make videos too long with it (can be at least less than 5 or 10 mins, idk) and not daily or often enough uploads with voices.
I've also tried using this... 1 my whole Pc started runnin slow and then eventually froze.. 2. After I Rested my pc for some reson i could not open my windows defeder. So i finaly un installed the program and still no windows defeder... This program is 100% a hack. The devs of tjis program probably added mile warer to the program so i probably will download a 3rd party anti-virus to see if it ca remove the mile warer if not ill have to re install windows...
So, where is the site or program that allows me to combine the voice I created (input) with any/every voice (output), without using DIFF-SVC or RVC or whatever (it *SHOULD* be *ABSOLUTELY REALLY* free, *NOT* a fake free...)? Example 1: On some site, if I click "Put audio here", I'll put whatever audio I want...or something like that. Example 2: On the program, if I click "Load the audio", I can put whatever audio I want...or something like that.
It's really not that bad. Yeah you only get 15 seconds but generally that's all I have ever needed for my conversions. And as for credits. I just let the thing run while my PC is on 24/7 anyways and have well over 100k coins I can spend freely. My only real complaints are it constantly needs to be restarted because it gives processing errors and the quality could be better
Hey could you yes you recommended free voice chargers that make me sound like alustor from hazbin hotel to on android phone looking to sound like old style radio but with custom lines of text
It does made quiet the lag when you tried using it. And it is pretty annoying having it pops up on you're screen every time you start up you're computer
What lag? The app uses next to no memory until it is processing any AI. It is a machine doing all the work it would take a human hours if not days to produce manually using external hardware. Even then, it is barely noticeable if you're running a basic modern system. Did you even read the app requirements and recommendations? Running the minimum requirements takes approximately 30sec-a minute or so to process depending on file length. You would be on the UI in order to process anything as well, so I'm curious what delay you noticed elsewhere on the computer while you were processing something. Startup? This just sounds like you don't even know basic OS functions. It also sounds like you probably have a hundred apps running in the background without your knowledge. So why are you questioning legitimacy of any apps running on them? 😂 1) app installations have the ability to disable Windows startup. You should probably read everything and configure installation options to your preference instead of spamming the 'next' button and then blaming the developers. 2) apps have UI options to disable said option later if you, for some reason, neglected the forementioned installation setup - or you happened to install an illegitimate version of a software from a third party which did not include the option. 3 and lastly) any marketed software you download which has an incomplete installation setup should be a red flag. You can avoid that by downloading directly from the developers and not "full/free" options found in web searches. Those are always at your own risk, and Windows (or whatever OS you run) will generally throw a prompt for anything that has been tampered with and is not recognized as legit software. Choosing to 'run anyway' is accepting the risk for whatever happens. In any case, Windows has pretty basic settings controls accessible by key commands or even by searching "Startup apps" in the Start Search which takes all of like 5 seconds to fix, if the app itself is too complex for you.

I uninstalled it because it was simply delaying my voice too much on discord, I used the soundboard, as it has many slots, unlike Voicemod which has very few, but after I had almost 15 seconds between my speech and what the discod transmitted in the call, I uninstalled it
I don't see it as Malware. Though the title of this video did make me uninstall it right after I installed it. I saw the feature for earning coins/credits. In exchange for obtaining the coins, we dedicate our computers resources to their network. Regardless if it's for machine learning, or crypto currency mining, it really doesn't matter. There's a stigma about cryptocurrency mining, but all it really would be in this case is allowing our PC to pay for credits. Plus they really can't make much off of a single PC, but with many, yes they can. If an app was mining without consent or mutual agreement over an exchange or goods or services, then that's malicious but that simply isn't the case here. After watching your findings, I decided I'll seek another alternative. What I need doesn't have to be state of the art, just want a voice changer.
I've used this app a lot. But I had to stop because when I wasn't using it for voice-changing it would mess up my mic and headphone settings for my other voiceover work. I had to constantly uninstall it and install it. It's still pretty cheep to use. But it's not free if you're actually using it. Any clones I tried to create were very distorted too. Now I'm not sure what to use. I thought 11 labs was over-rated. I'm considering Voice-mod. So many of the voice-changer apps either charge too much or they suck or both. And text to voice is still not good enough. I already do I lot of different voices myself. But I need an app for women's voices and for kid's voices. Any advice? By the way, thank you for making this video.

The voice changer is free and you can use 3rd party voice profiles without paying a single penny. Live changer option doesn't have a watermark and time limit. It's not a crypto miner and you can opt-out of the program to get free credits by contributing to the calculations in the options.

I uploaded a few and despite clean quality they almost all sound nothing like the person. I did the same with Eleven Labs and it was incredible. I thought it be useful for doing some animated videos online for different characters and rather own something than rent it.
voice mod is better tbh lolw
@@VORTEX_xz_Wyeah i paid for voice mod lifetime
Dude, you are a G. I was about to download it, but my gut was telling me it was a scam, so I looked it up and found you. You are a lifesaver. I'm subbing now.
thanks for the sub!
was looking for a live voice changer, as i was downloading this i was worried abt it being a virus or it being a scam. didn't look at it immediately uninstalled, thank you
The thing is, it is hard for me to find a voice changer that I can upload voices I have made or I have onto and this is the only one I found that’s really an official one that could completely work for me that isn’t just some random github download that doesn’t work for me since I’m on Windows 10 and really I just want a good working AI voice changer real time app that I can upload my own voices onto constantly for free. Also, I do see how the app is really bad but it’s the only thing I can use for now. and also if you use a certain voice changer overtime, you gain more coins so you can get back up to buy one more voice changer, but that’s not a big difference
love this. it's a great way to advertise your website. i bookmarked it and will likely use it often in the future. much appreciated
The 3rd party ones are good, but those are paid for
2:25 crypto mining is immediately what i thought. did they use a token to collaborate and exactly what would they need to be doing to require masses amount of computing power in ai voices? am i building someone else's? most likely mining in the background, lol'ing in AI, to the crypto bank. edit: first video subbed.
I installed and used the free credits but had to uninstall it pretty quickly because it was breaking my audio drivers and I kept having to fix them.
yikes
same, it absolutely destroyed voicemeeter
To know if your device is being used for crypto mining: first open your task manager and go to apps if one of the apps ( not from the system) is taking lots of cpu that means its 99% crypto mining
Damn thanks. Almost clicked the download button but remembered to check it's legitimacy just in time
i took a subscription, its still in development and can be glitchy if you do not have good gpu.The support ppl in the discord are good and the guy behind it has a great track record of start ups. its not malware or a virus, it does howevr have an option to let the app use your computing power when you are not using it which earns you credits you can use to make voices.
Yeah I try to use kits or some other online tool, so that I don't have to install anything bulky
Well, community voices are gone..

I can’t close voice ai I unstailed it it won’t close please help

@@Gray_kit743
I hope it's not left anything dodgy on my PC after I uninstalled it.
I just uninstalled it. Have you noticed anything? I used it for about an hour and that’s it
@nicholasgain1188 I don't think so. I've actually bought a new pc and will set it up today it so if anything was left over I haven't noticed it.
Also, never use magicmic, it has been a headache reinstalling the original audio drivers. It just deletes the realtek for some odd reasons
Also, i found it weird that my PC has not been updating anymore...
My only real complaints are it constantly needs to be restarted because it gives processing errors and the quality could be better
thanks for sharing! it's alright if you're not paying your electricity bills 😉
@@theAIsearch The metamodel training doesn't use any additional power from your PC. The company never enabled it, so you get credits for free.
You do not need to purchase further credits. When you have it open, just let it run in the background and it will slowly gain you more credits
Definitely sounds like a miner of some kind then. They have to be obtaining money in some way from you.
@@beaawsome2211 Well you have the option to do as I stated above, or you can pay for further credits if you don't want to wait to slowly accrue them.
is w-okada used for other voices other than an anime girl
Hey could you yes you recommended free voice chargers that make me sound like alustor from hazbin hotel to on android phone looking to sound like old style radio but with custom lines of text
What tools did you use to create this video? I need to make videos pretty much like this one of yours. Thanks!
It does made quiet the lag when you tried using it. And it is pretty annoying having it pops up on you're screen every time you start up you're computer
If youre still using it, you can disable it at startup by going to task manager (windows), and find it in the startup tab
@@theAIsearch i see.. i'll try it now then. thanks
1) app installations have the ability to disable Windows startup.
@@caydeisclutch2589 is it wrong for me to not know the basics? I mean, It's not like I don't have time to do it. I just don't know where to start. It is not that simple in my opinion.
And yes, I'm new to using pc. So I admit I don't really have any knowledge about it.
the fact that you can just have this program open to earn coins in the background feels really like mining...
They have changed the payment method. It's not subscription or a single payment of 100$ for lifetime. Kind of like voicemod in a way.
What happens is when you promote a product, and that product turns out to be bad, then you're viewers BLAME YOU, where the real villain gets the FREE exposure.

Thank you for this information. This helps a lot.
My pleasure!
Thank you. If I can't find other opensource, I'll try this using Sandbox, heh heh. I don't need more than 15 seconds per file. Gratefully subscribing to you. Thank you again!

I never tried it, but thank you for letting me know! But is jammable/voicify ai okay? Because I didn’t get scammed my mom bought me 3 voice models and I got them
Does using Voice AI on iPads count? I just searched for it on the App Store, but good thing I watched this video before I installed it.
Thank you so much , i’ve download it and try to use it , BUT IT DID NOT LET ME TRY OUT 15S OF IT EITHER , i get so frustrated, i go on youtube to try looking for a resolution to it because it’s my first time try an AI voice app, once again thanks alot brother
no worries
I want to use a AI voice generator to create Clay Puppington's voice and use it for my own fun, but knowing what I'm watching and hearing right now, my options are less.
Do you know a better AI voice generator with voice cloner that doesn't need to pay for do that?
yes try this th-cam.com/video/ixB9oalT3cQ/w-d-xo.html
I uninstalled it because it was simply delaying my voice too much on discord, I used the soundboard, as it has many slots, unlike Voicemod which has very few, but after I had almost 15 seconds between my speech and what the discod transmitted in the call, I uninstalled it
Dude, it IS VERY LEGIT!!!!! It has been hit hard by bad reviews due to the fact it is actually extremely cheap for what you get!
But then what should I use then if I want a voice changer to sound like a anime guy
I was about to download this and then I search voice ai to youtube and saw this video. thank god. thank you
i opened it and it wouldnt even load, i deleted it but do you think my pc will be ok?
Any advice? By the way, thank you for making this video.
i installed it but saw this and uninstalled it if its a virus will it be in my pc still?

it is asking permission to use computer resources for training purposes ; what is it training for ? could be voice or could be crypto mining as well!!
I tried it and the app literally would not even open. So I uninstalled it just an hour later.
The voice changer is free and you can use 3rd party voice profiles without paying a single penny. Live changer option doesn't have a watermark and time limit. It's not a crypto miner and you can opt-out of the program to get free credits by contributing to the calculations in the options.

Voicemod is a good choice instead of this. I bought it recently. There is a free version but you don't really get much with it. Still infinitely better than this though. I spent 80 bucks on pro and I fricken love it. I've spent hours playing with my own custom voices. very worth it to me. I'm an artist and wanted to add some voice to my characters, and this was perfect for me. Though if you are struggling with money, save it unless you plan to use this somehow as an investment in content creation.
