  • Chocolate and mascarpone cake.
    Ingredients :
    - 200 g of dark chocolate
    - 250 g of mascarpone (at room temperature)
    - 4 eggs
    - 125 g of icing sugar
    - 40 g of flour
    Preparation :
    Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a saucepan over low heat.
    Pour the mascarpone into the mixer bowl or into a salad bowl and whisk it a little to loosen it. If your mascarpone was at room temperature, this can be easy.
    Pour the melted chocolate over the mascarpone and mix.
    Add the eggs one by one while whisking after adding each egg. The mixture will be liquid.
    Add the icing sugar and mix.
    Add the flour and mix vigorously.
    Pour the dough into a silicone mold.
    Place the mold on the oven rack.
    Bake at 150°C for around 20 to 25 minutes.
    The cake should still be a little jiggly in the center.
    Let your cake cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours before unmolding it.
    You can enjoy it with ice cream or ice cream 😃
