    Any other Loupedeck Live users out there? How do you use yours?

      I have been using the Loupedeck Live for about a year and it is an amazing product. It really took me about a week or two to get use to the layout of Davinci, Photoshop, Lightroom. Once use to it, there is no turning back :D I just fly with my editing. I just even order the Loupedeck CT to upgrade my editing setup! A major update for me!

    I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, Mark.
    English is my second language and even though I know it quite well, you never cease to amaze me with new words and phrases. You’re probably one of the few on TH-cam who put all the complex grammatical structures to use. I’m always struck by how well one sentence flows into another (both on Medium and here) and how entertaining your content is. Thank you for your work once again! I hope you’ll reach an even bigger audience in the future!

    My Loupedeck CT has been sitting on my desk for about 2 years. Pretty dusty at this point. Most I have ever spent for a paperweight. I think it was about 500 dollars at that point. Maybe I will learn this thing

    I am new to Final Cut Pro X , finding it little daunting but I think one of these would help me a great deal 👍. Thank you for the review

    Oooh, cutting the clip looked so easy with that Loupedeck. How tactile are the knobs/buttons? Seems very satisfying. So much more precision over frame skipping.

    Very nice, this almost answered a question that I sent as an email to your website. Thanks for this, and I will look at your Final Cut Pro series. Thanks again!!

    Oh I'm sure I could put one of those into very good use. I can imagine setting it up for Homekit and running my household lights, heating/cooling and fans with it. Plus my daily work which has a lot of repetition in it.

    I have a question! What would you recommend for a video editor? The Loupedeck Live or the CT? I edit and color correct.

    Thank you for the useful video. I wanna ask if Loupedeck Live helps with "Draw Mask". If so, how so? Thank you and looking forward to your reply :)

    Looks like a handy tool. I'm surprised you don't use some storyboarding to save time/stress and LUTS for color master correction.

    • @MarkEllisReviews

      It’s superb. I use LUTs (didn’t include that to avoid too much ‘getting into the weeds’ 😉). Never felt the need for storyboarding, to be honest!

    Any idea if Davinci resolve is supported? It’s my preferred editor. Any ideas about the general improvement in productivity?

    Nice review, I am thinking of getting one. I don’t video edit but do a lot of design in Figma, so would really be helpful for the fine tuning as you said - so much nicer and easier than a mouse or keyboard. Out of interest, what desk mat are you using and what monitor shelf? Thanks for sharing this!

    • @tyreil
      @tyreil 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Did you end up getting one? I use Figma pretty heavily, too. What shortcuts did you create?

    • @Luca57893
      @Luca57893 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@tyreil yeah I did. There is a default Figma plugin that I used as a starter and then created my own. The main thing I created was a positioning page to align things left or right or center horizontal or vertical, or to evenly distribute vertical or horizontal. My original thinking about fine controls using the dials for moving things around didn’t actually translate into useful in real life because the keyboard shortcuts are so much better and faster. I also use things such as triggering comments or creating new shapes by just pressing the button. Pretty much anything that I can’t remember the keyboard shortcut for.
      I also am in a lot of teams meetings so I use it for that maybe the most, to mute and unmute, thumbs up, etc. That is super useful. All in all, it’s a good extra tool on your desk that does help but it doesn’t completely transform your productivity or anything like that.
